They were professional and knowledgeable, but more than that, they clearly viewed me as a person more than just a job. They were down-to-earth, warm, calm, and capable, and they tried various things until the situation was resolved. I had an idea of what the problem was and he quickly confirmed my suspicions. The fix was fairly quick and painless, and he had me laughing the whole time. He was really fair about pricing and honest enough to not charge me for a diagnostic. After he left, I was still having issues with my cooling system. I texted him, got a fast reply, and he was back at my house within a couple of hours. He burped my radiator and let me take a test drive to make sure things were running smoothly, and they were! Homeostasis finally achieved. Too many companies these days with a "not my problem" attitude after a transaction is complete, so I was beyond thrilled to find a mechanic that stands by his work from start to finish. (Good sense of humor) Tow-driver was very kind and understanding about the situation i was in. His name was Timmy and i am so very grateful he came to my aid. Timmy managed to get my car on the truck bed without the keys, (which i did have originally and felt bad not knowing it wouldve made the job easier. sorry about that.) He worked hard and got it on the truck bed perfectly, and thats not having a battery and slit tire. Thats awesome. I appreciate that so much.
