Rodger was AMAZING!! My car engine was overheating on the coldest, snowy day and he got it in immediately. He called frequently with updates and was extremely thorough in explaining all of the work he was doing. He was upfront about pricing and definitely was much more cost effective than any other mechanic or dealership. I added on an oil change last minute and he had no issues with completing it. I got in an accident and they replaced my radiator and fan. I was happy so my sister took her car there too. While doing an oil change they cut the sensors and didn't know how to fix them. Today I noticed a funny noise from my car and took it in elsewhere. Turns out the radiator and fan were incorrect for my car and they made some rig to make it work and it gave out. Now I have to go pay even more to have their mistake's corrected. This is truely upsetting to witness such poor buisness practices. If you don't know how to do something don't try and fix it. $1200 dollars flushed just to have to pay $2,500 elsewhere to fix what they broke and didn't fix properly. This review is long overdue! I've been a customer of Debbie and her guys for almost two years now. They came to my rescue when I needed a major repair completed and took excellent care of me from start to finish. They kept in close communication with me, and I didn't feel like they were "ripping me off." Debbie and her guys have been the only ones to touch my car since. called around the saint Louis area looking for a mechanic to replace my passenger side rear view mirror (hit and runs suck). first place never returned my call, second one took days to answer, mike from stricker auto here @ Hanley industrial returned my call within a few hours. said he'd do some digging to find a suitable replacement part. we set up a time to get this done. was quoted 320 for the part, and 75/hr labor ended up paying under 300 for everything - turns out the Lou Fusz dealer sent in an extra part. now as someone who knows near nothing about cars, I'm very wary of mechanics... so you can imagine my surprise (and gratitude) when I realized that because of their honesty, I ended up paying 25% less than what I was quoted for. and it was an OEM part to boot, straight from the dealer! these guys may not have the biggest, newest shop, or the most prominent internet presence... but Larry, bob, and mike are now my go to guys when I need car help! read more
