Sometimes, there was no answer at all during regular business hours. Drove to the shop during regular business hours, and they were closed. No body around what so ever. When I was able to talk to Glen, I was told "we're waiting on the part" called again and was told "yeah your part came in, but your car was pushed out of the garage because it was taking too long for the part to come in and your car was put at the end of the line and they were working on other cars. They damaged parts on the car and then charged me to fix it. I had a manufacturer recall part, and when I dropped the car off, i asked if they could reach out to GM on the replacement, I was told they wouldn't do that. I would have to take it to a GM dealership to have that work done. Well low and behold, they replaced it and charged me 296.00. I said that it was a recall item, and you told me you wouldn't touch it. Glen's response was "well I had to replace it to get the job done correctly." When all was said and done, it was close to 6000.00 and 6 months later. So on top of 3500.00 more for the repair, I had to find rides, borrow cars, and even had to rent a car and had to pay for it out of my own pocket.
