Took on our large development project and demanded money up front for the first phase, part way through the first phase wanted more money for the second and the third phase. His aim is to con you out of as much money as possible and then walk of the job and demand more money to return. The work he did do was of extremely poor quality and had to be redone from scratch. He has done the same to many other customers and has a string of ltd companies that he hides behind and then shuts down.

He gave me an initial quote which was too high, I advised him that I had been offered a cheaper quote and he said he would match it if I went with him. His Wimslow address is just a postal address and he does not have his business there. If you look on Company House website he has folded five previous businesses just changing the business name slightly. He keeps trying to have my reviews removed from the websites but gets no where. He also claims that he is part of South Ribble round table and that he is an honest man. Perhaps the round table don't know how dishonest this man is. I have paid him over 15,000 for a roof that leaks, brick work that is uneven. My five year old could have done a better job. I also paid him £5000 for bi-fold doors that I never received. This man believes that he is a reputable person and that's the sad part he can't see that he is dishonest. I have had other builders who have said that the entire roof needs rebuilding as he is a cowboy. Anyone who would like to see photos as evidence I am happy to show them.

Domestic customers are given the same care as they would give a large organisation. Once a job is entrusted, the responsibility that GOS Heating takes to ensure that it has met the the highest standard of completion is something I would always appreciate. The Engineering staff are very professional. I had 2 Boiler Engineers visiting our home, Sam and Ethan who were highly skilled and professional. All work carried out is supervised by the Dave, who is also highly skilled and been in the business for many years, The coordinator, Nikki is a name to remember at GOS Heating. Her skills and attention to detail when allocating appointments is Excellent. Her manner of speech is very touching, and she understands the customers needs. Nikki is a lovely, polite person to speak to and is always approachable. She always ensures to keep the great reputation of GOS Heating ongoing.

The office staff I have always found to be polite, professional and committed to ensuring a good service is provided by their close-knit team. I have always found the workmen are clean, tidy, respectful and well mannered. When the workmen arrive to my arranged appointments they introduced themselves giving their names and present me with their ID cards. On my last call out the weather was wet and the lads unprompted, before they entered my house put on shoe covers. Whilst they assessed and proceeded to repair the leaking pipe, they explained what had happened, what they were doing and confirmed how long the job was likely to take. At all times I found them keen to impress and I can without question highly recommend this company. I can clarify that GOS is a Jackson, family run business and not just a company saying this to acquire work! I have had bathrooms fitted, yearly services, gas safety checks, and occasional repairs and they have always responded efficiently and dealt effectively with any issues that have arisen. Not repairing faults, very rude account department accusing us of not paying rent when we were fully up to date. refusing to give us a copy of the building insurance which we were paying and additional £164 per month for. Now we have left the premises they are withholding our deposits.

The place is falling apart, leaking in everywhere on electrics. Dangerous and unsafe buildings. Potholes, water bursts, gas main burst. Now they are papering over the cracks with cladding, probably planning on selling up!. Typical slum landlords, they think they are untouchable! I would not even consider this place to run your business from, if they don't like you they will get you out. Cheap, yes cheap and nasty. Caretakers a waste of space, security is useless. Shut the place down somebody.
