Be very wary of this company!
They designed and supplied a glass roof for our conservatory through a third party four years ago. During that time we have had problems with water ingress, and four roof panels fail. One, the inner pane exploded damaging flooring and furniture and narrowly missed causing physical injury.
Our insurance company concluded that the problems were caused by the wrong thickness of glass being used for the size of panel and the distortion of the roof's glazing bars.
They have not visited to investigate the problems, ignored written correspondence and washed their hands of it completely. read more
