In April of this year I decided to join at this EOS location for a greater variety of equipment and the additional amenities like the sauna, pool, and hot tub. I also enjoy some other things they offer like the massage chairs, leg compression bags, and cryo chairs. My biggest issue with this location is definitely the sheer volume of members. This gym is packed all hours of the day. Some days it's nearly impossible to stay on you set work for that day because you can't access the equipment you need. I can really only dedicate an hour of my days to working out and some days I feel like I lose time just look or waiting for equipment to open up. I read a where one person commented on the teenagers that go and simply monopolize equipment as they socialize. This is absolutely true. The equipment is well maintained and when they break they usually fix within the week. I wish they would at least put up signs to tell you when stuff is out of order. I can't wait till they open the new one in San Tan next year.

Overcrowded, Poor Support, and Unethical Billing - A Disappointing Experience Even as a Black Tier…read moreMember Over the years, I've been a member at many gyms--24 Hour Fitness, Fitness 19, Planet Fitness, and others. Each had its own pros and cons, but EOS Fitness in Queen Creek has been one of the most disappointing experiences I've had. Even as a Black Tier Member, which is the highest level they offer, the service and environment fall short in major ways. The gym is severely overcrowded at nearly all hours, often filled with unsupervised teens treating the space more like a social hangout. The weight area is constantly packed, and waiting to use basic equipment is the norm, not the exception. The bathrooms and locker rooms, while not dirty, are far too small and often feel cramped and cluttered. One of the most frustrating aspects is the lack of staff support. Despite promoting itself as a 24-hour facility, the reality is that support is limited to standard business hours. Whenever I needed help during off-hours, I was told to come back in the morning. It completely defeats the purpose of round-the-clock access if you can't receive assistance when you actually need it. The billing practices are where things get especially concerning. I was charged an annual renewal fee, even after making it clear I wasn't going to remain a member for another year. When I inquired about a waiver or good-faith exception, the response I received from the front desk was dismissive--"You signed the contract, you do you." The contract is structured in such a way that disputing charges through your bank is nearly impossible. It's technically legal, but the ethics of it are questionable at best. In contrast, I spent four years as a member at ClubSport in San Jose, California, which I consider one of the best gyms I've ever been to. I only left because I had to relocate--otherwise, I would have remained a lifelong member. That facility fostered a real sense of community, had excellent support, and made me feel valued as a member--everything EOS Queen Creek lacks. At its core, I believe a fitness business should prioritize people's health and well-being above all else. EOS feels more like a profit-driven operation focused on getting the most from its members while giving the least in return. It doesn't feel like a place to grow or build a lasting routine--it feels transactional and hollow. If you're looking for a gym that truly supports your fitness journey and respects you as a customer, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.
