I questioned it multiple times over several weeks and even bought a pump for them. I asked employees on multiple occasions when it would be returned! No straight answers. I was being billed monthly for a gym I now wasn't using and a new speed bag could've been ordered immediately when I first complained for only $30. The gym went over 2 months without a speed bag and on my 4/5th complaint I said "why wouldn't you just get a new one " and they did. I asked to get credit for the 2 months or let me out of the contract and the response was simply " sorry ". Zero accountability and zero customer service. I asked to personally speak to the owner and she said she would. It's completely unacceptable; not to mention on several weekend occasions both toilets and bathrooms were disgusting. I can't believe how far customer service has fallen over 2 monthly payments of $25. This could've been an easy fix. The new updated ymca is around the corner and updated Chuze fitness with excellent rapport and customer service. Any business that would lose a client over $50 is not one I would ever recommend.
