I saw it on classpass and decided to try them out for lagree since i didn't know of any other studios that offered that type of class. I am so glad I did since that workout kicked my butt. I was so sore the next day in muscles that I usually do not workout. I loved the vibe as well and it was easy to find parking! Also they wrote the names of who was doing the class on the mirror so that you can know which machine was yours, I thought that was a nice touch. Can't wait to go back for my next class!!

I had booked at two locations at the same time by accident. I asked the manager and the owner to please waive my fee. They both refused because they had "credited me too much in the past". A few weeks earlier I realized that I had been out of town and forgot to cancel a class that I was still out of town for on that date. I questioned why do I not know about this charge for over a month later when I get my cc bill. I am told there is a feature I can turn on to help but no one has ever suggested that until now. When I ask the front desk or employees @the app they say it's difficult to use and they don't know how either. I understand there have to be rules. However, when the app they use doesn't work properly 1/3 of the time I use it and is not user friendly to let the clients know they "missed a class" that is not in the client's best interest. Why was the app not created well and not fixed to help the clients? My speculation- so they can get more money through the fees? I wanted to share my experience from the customer service side so others can beware. Update: I just got kicked out of being a member of the club for writing the above review! Wow. Just wow! As another member just told me they clearly do not care about their members all they care about is the money. The owner, Dawn, has religious signs within her studio; yet when someone gives honest feedback she immediately kicks them out of her biz vs thanking them for feedback and noting the complaint.

I was with Club Pilates for about 5 years (or more) and 10 minutes was always the cutoff AND the instructor would tell you NOT the front desk clerk, which is what LINDA is!!! I told her that was not true, according to my years of experience with Club Pilates and then she tried to "one up me by adding a year to my YEARS!!! I then told her to cancel my monthly subscription and that's when she REALLY yelling and lying!!! I wasn't leaving until I knew my $185/month was canceled but she tried to tell me she was busy and that she would get the owner to do it! NOPE! That doesn't work for me! They FIRED their master instructor which made another instructor leave (over principle). Club Pilates classes are impossible to to sign up now since there are limited instructors to teach the more challenging, more advanced classes. Now it's like talking a walk rather than a core workout! Do NOT waste your money on a subscription. Rather, take a private or better yet, USE an unaffiliated Pilates studio! Yes, Club Pilates is less expensive BUT you get what you pay for! They do NOT allow certain moves to be taught and they do NOT allow yellow springs!! Club Pilates is generic, basic and not worth the savings from other unaffiliated studios!!!
