This place is only interested in ripping off people as other comments have pointed out. They are "abusive" and "disgusting" --and willing to shame themselves for just $10. As other comments confirm: do not give them your credit card as they will continue to use it fraudulently.

The studio is very popular, so it can get a little bit cramped in the classes when they're at capacity, making it a bit awkward to be able to move freely during your practice. I've only taken a few classes there thus far, but the instructors have all been very knowledgeable and I can see why it's such a popular spot.

I found it annoying to have a different trainer every single session I went to. It made it hard to progress as you are training with someone new constantly and they don't learn you and your strengths and weaknesses like a one on one trainer would. I had to leave after a young boy (probably 20 years old) was my trainer and did not help me or correct my form, to the point that I tore my rotator cuff in one of my sessions and couldn't use my left arm for over 6 months. I left after that session, went to the ER, and never ever came back. This place has a lot of unprofessional training and I do not recommend anyone come here. Look for a qualified trainer elsewhere!!
