Most of the staff is super friendly and approachable, which is great for questions and other items that one might be curious about. They also have a changing room for times that you come in after work or before work. They also have a tanning room that isn't used too often. The best thing for me is the TV s that allow you to tune in with a radio frequency I pod or device. They have a ton of fans and wipes. And also it is on the route for the 62 and 262. Also, their facility is rather big which is awesome! I truly love being a part of this place because it is open whenever you want it to be. 24/7.

I was told no one could help me because the GM Christina no longer allows them any authority and finally I got a call back from Christina speaking condescendingly about how it's hard to manage and saying she couldn't refund me (even though I went into the class). It's not safe for members to have sick peers pressured to come in anyway. I can't support a business that operates like this anymore.

The inconsistency and rude treatment made me feel singled out and discriminated against. I came back the next day at the manager's request, but he didn't want to discuss what happened. If the roles were reversed -- a Black customer denied a tour by a white employee -- I believe this would have been treated much more seriously. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this gym.
