*DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY* This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had to go through. I signed my 7 year old son up for their family program martial arts program at the little Canada warriors cove. They advertised a free session to test it out. During this session they put on the hugest show...I thought this was going to be a great program. They had tv monitors set up so while sitting in their lobby, you can still watch your child. They seemed to be helping my son a lot during the first session. I was truly happy he found something he can excel in. As soon as the session ended I was basically forced to enroll him in their program. They really hound you. I was already interested, obviously that is why I was there. But the the spiel they lay on you is pretty see through. Still I agreed. Anything for the kids right??? Wrong. The first payment was $215 which was the month of training... I thought this was a bit ridiculous. I tried to bring him as much as I could. The classes are 1 hr long m-th from 5pm to 6pm. Almost immediately after the first session I noticed the trainer was not as involved, sort of just walked around and acted busy. My son was one of the younger kids in the class. The instructor said he would be fine and are plenty of kids his age and size. Clearly that was not the case. The whole month he was the youngest and smallest kid. He continued to tell me he didn't like the program and was uncomfortable. In the midst of me trying to get my son warmed up to martial arts I unfortunately lost my job. Now, not only am I aware my son is not interested but I also finically can't pay for it. I contacted the instructor told him we were no longer interested in coming to the program and would like to drop out. Then and Only then did Ben notify me that I could take my 7 year old son out of the warriors cove but they would not stop charging my card for the program. He then proceeded to tell me they would automatically charge my card and they couldn't stop it, it's automatic and there was nothing they could do. He then offered me a scholarship they offer apparently for parents who have to ask for it? It was very little off of the original pricing and it was no help to me, seeing as I was just laid off at work. I told him my situation. My son is first and foremost not interested. Secondly I am a single mother who just lost her job. No source or income. Bills to pay, children to take care of. He had absolutely no sympathy. It was like I was bothering him! I literally started crying with frustration. I asked if there was someone I could speak to a supervisor or manger and Ben gave me an Email to contact! I wrote to that email asking for someone to give me a call. Left my name and number. Have not heard a word. They proceeded to charge my card... even tho I didn't have the money they reran the transaction 3 times!! This company is just in it for the money. They could care less about the child's well being. They didn't care If I could take care of my home or child they just wanted to be sure to take my money for their program. I was really upset about this whole situation. If your looking for programs for your children opt for ones that care about the family life and the well being of the children not just in it for the money! read more

I started training at the Warrior's Cove in late 2006 and I have stayed with them ever since. Through the high end instruction and training I ended up growing up through the ranks. I became an Assistant Instructor in 2011 and got the privilege to start instructing other students. In 2013 I took the opportunity to become a full time Instructor. In June of 2014 I became the 7th Blackbelt in Mr. Arnebeck's MMA system of reality base fighting. It's been truly an honor and a privilege to train and teach at The Warrior's Cove. The environment for training and the people there couldn't be better! The system's and way's of using the best methods possible to teach and learn are highly thought out and are constantly being refined to get everyone the best service and training available. I consider myself very lucky to be a part of the Warrior's Cove and I cannot thank Mr. Arnebeck and my teammates enough for all of the help and support over the years. The training and support at the Warrior's Cove has helped me grow as a person, physically, mentally and as a Martial Artist. I hope to be able to continue to help others like it has helped me so much over the years.
