Great gym, great equipment, great staff…read more Been a member for 4 years or so. Lots of equipment which is overall well maintained. Entire facility is very clean. Lots of options for every type of workout. The price is the best i could find for any gym in this part of town and you get quite a bit of bang for that buck. Multiple rows of cardio machines, tons of free weights, and every machine you could want. Love the theater. Special shout out to the front desk crew (especially Avounay) - they make dragging myself to the gym in the morning tolerable and never miss a friendly hi/bye.

Hate to do this…read more... I've been going to this location for quite some time now. Always clean, always friendly. Until today... I walked into the gym, eager to spend a Friday evening bettering myself mentally and physically. As I always do, I wore my clogs/slides upon entering the gym. As I walked past the counter, my name was yelled for everyone to hear. The staff member at the front desk, maybe it was Joe or something along those lines, had gotten my attention as well as everyone else in the gym. He then rudely instructed me to change footwear in front of my workout partner. A typical evening weight session had turned into an event of public humiliation. The level of unprofessionalism that I was met with was that of which I've never experienced before. The gym is supposed to be a safe place for those wanting to make a change in their life. I wanted to share my experience so others won't have to go through the embarrassment that I have. What if I had just planned on going to use the pool? Wouldn't want to have to change shoes just to take them off at the pool. Seems like someone needs a lesson in customer relations and professionalism. P.S. There were others wearing slides in the gym at that time. I have also never had a problem wearing my slides at any EōS Fitness location.

The facility is not maintained well, their showers and door to shower is falling apart and on top of that this is the first studio that did not provide soap in their shower for members. What's even worse is there is no water fountain so the only way to get water is to purchase or drink from bathroom sink. I could not believe that as this is Arizona where it can get extremely hot. The only bright spot for this location IMO is their head coach VERONICA who I think is an excellent instructor. It's not her fault that she teaches at this studio so I would give her a 10 star where the rest of this studio I would give negative stars which equates to 1.

I have been under Terrance' instruction as my personal trainer for a month now and already feel the results. He is incredibly knowledgeable, kind and courteous as is the rest of the staff. My only motivation to go to the gym was my own will to go. For most of us, that's not much and becomes less of an urge and priority over time. At MFS I began taking Real Ryder cycle classes. I loved the personal vibe of the class, that the instructor greeted everyone by name and introduced herself to me, showed me how to use the bike, introduced me to the class, etc. I worried that it being a small gym I'd feel excluded because everyone knew each other. That wasn't the case; instructor was attentive, the music was great, and the environment was positive and encouraging. I couldn't wait to come back. Now I take cycling and their fitness classes and let me just say, on days I'm feeling lethargic or lazy, I go to the gym anyway because I love the instructors so much. The owner of the gym takes the classes with you, all the staff greet you by name, instructors accommodate your instruction based off injuries/ability, etc. I feel like I'm getting personalized training from a friend every time I go. I've never had a bad experience, I look forward to going, and as a result, my body looks great and I'm in the best health I've been in a while, and I have an amazing time doing it. Donna, the owner, has a special place in my heart for being such a kind-hearted business owner, and the staff there are absolutely lovely. I'd recommend this gym to everyone - it can't hurt to try, and I guarantee you'll be back.
