I love how many instructors take the time to specify if a certain task is hard on a particular area of the body, so if you're new to Pilates and have injuries this is very helpful! Either fix the AC immediately or close the facility. Delaying repairs to save costs puts members at risk and is unacceptable.

My first class was "hell week" and she was so patient and helped me through that work out and so many after that. I was so nervous as I never lifted weights before but she coached me through it. I started working another job and going back to school for a masters . I thought I was going to have to give it up, but there are so many classes you can attend at all different hours of the day, seven days a week! I work 2 and half jobs, go to school and there are still sessions that accommodate my schedule. It's truly amazing and perfect for busy schedules !!! Next, is coach Kat is phenomenal! She has this inspirational opening each workout that motivates you for the whole work out. She is so encouraging and is also so incredibly helpful.
