You literally have to side step the toilet and stand in the corner to open/close the door when in the stall. And while I appreciate warm water for effective handwashing, the water in the sinks is pulled straight from the core of the earth and is always scorching hot.

Thanks to the great Yelp reviews I found Patricia. Patricia was offering the 12 week transformation, where you go from flab to fab, but that's not what interested me. It was her personal gym which is filled to the brim with excellent equipment for every body part (and some body parts you never knew existed - OUCH! ;) Patricia also had accompanying meal plans and supplements. Since I started with the supplements and meal plans, I've not had the excrutiating post-workout muscle pain that prevents me from getting off the floor after 12 hip thrusters (the pain is *real*, ladies!) Drinking a gallon of water a day also really helps. Thanks to Patricia's, egg whites, Isopure Whey Protein, supplements and are part of my forever meal plan, as boring as they sound. I've changed the macros of my diet, though if I really want to do the total body transformation like some of the awesome ladies whose pictures are posted on the "wall of fame" I have to reduce my fat intake to a level where I feel that life isn't worth living anymore. Like all programs, Patricia's transformation is what we make of it. In the meantime, I've stayed the same weight as when I started the program, but just the other day I deadlifted 150lbs! (Though with a hex bar.) At Lowe's, I loaded my cart with about 200lbs worth of edging stone, while another guy gaped at me. Yes, and that's the other thing - Patricia's gym is mainly female-centric, so that we ladies can feel safe and empowered to reach our utmost abilty. No credit, no acknowledgment. Your place here is determined by how compliant you are, not how hard you work or how talented you are. Speak up, and you're out. Most importantly: I would not send any young girl here. I raised concerns about staff behavior toward young female members and was removed for it. If a gym's response to someone speaking up about safety is to silence them, that is not a safe environment. I came here to train and compete. I left because I refused to stay silent. It is hands on, you will work with others in the class respectfully, they insure that. There is a limit anyone can learn simply practicing alone or with someone who will not challenge them. This is not something you need to take into consideration at Undisputed. If you want to improve you will have to suffer the pain education brings with it. Undisputed understands this. They will not antagonize this inevitability. Any rivalry that springs into being from sparring is kept amicable. For those with lousy vocabularies this means respectful, friendly, maybe even fun. All skill levels are embraced and all are welcome. It is a rare community, a real community, a place where you become part of something greater and are free to roam and lift weights or tap into the dynamic teachers who are there. I didn't feel comfortable changing in the locker room, so I reported the situation to the front desk. While I was working out, a woman who identified herself as their mother approached me, got in my face, yelled at me, and repeatedly tried to get me to go outside with her because I had reported her daughters. It was embarrassing, intimidating, and completely unnecessary. No one should feel threatened for reporting something that makes them feel unsafe.
