The location can be a bit confusing to find if you are unfamiliar with the area, as its located in the back of the Tannery Row building (but the GPS brings you to the front). Thankfully, when texting with the studio regarding my appointment, they informed me that they are located in the back and this made things easier. I signed up for the introductory Private Pilates Package which allows me 5 Private Pilates sessions for $200. I have never taken a Pilates class in my life, so I was a bit nervous and intimidated. My instructor, Josee, was very warm, welcoming and explained everything we were doing in detail. The studio itself is really nice as well. It is spacious, open and has several different rooms for the various classes. They offer Yoga (aerial, prenatal, etc), Kettlebell, Pilates and more. I love the ease of being able to book classes online or through the app. I'm excited for my next class!

When I…read morevisited the studio in 2018 I was sold a month to month membership I was told that I could freeze my membership if needed at no additional cost. Last August I requested a freeze for September since I was traveling for business and and would not be able to take advantage of my sessions. The representative at the East Cobb location indicated that would be no issue. I checked my credit card statement the following month and I was charged by Motion Stretch. I called the studio and it was escalated to a regional manager I had proposed waiving my October payment and that would put me back on regular schedule. Long story short my request was denied. I was offered 2 free sessions that could be utilized within 1 year . I tried to redeem a session today and was denied and told because I had cancelled my membership the sessions were not valid. I sent a copy of the free sessions and was told i had used them. I checked my records again and I have not used the sessions. This company has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DOES NOT EVEN STAND BY THE REMEDY THEY provide. In a day and time where there are literally massage studios in e very shopping center I will no longer be a customer of this business !!!! So if you want to wait past your scheduled appointment and have your time cut off early and get charged for sessions you do not use I recommend visiting motion stretch

I've had an incredible experience with Corey at Body Design! I joined because after 11 years of…read moremotherhood and letting my own needs take a backseat, I knew I needed to prioritize my health. I wanted to increase my overall strength and improve cardiovascular endurance, but I had no idea how to begin. Now, after 6 weeks with Corey and Body Design, I have lost 5.2% body fat and gained 5lbs in muscle. My heart rate after the endurance test dropped from 168bpm to 151bpm and I went from being able to do 0 push ups to doing 4 push ups. And my blood pressure dropped too! But most importantly, I feel more confident in knowing that I can do tough workouts and I can do them well! I have learned to make fitness a part of my daily routine. I've built the habits that will keep me healthy and strong. And another added bonus is that my migraine headaches have drastically reduced since starting the program. I really appreciate the clear cut program that Body Design offers. Thanks to the workout and nutrition plans, I know exactly what I need to do and eat each day. (PROTEIN!!) And thanks to the monthly testing incorporated into the program, I can clearly see the data that shows my efforts are making a difference. It gives such a boost to my motivation! I appreciated Corey's professionalism and knowledge. I learned so much from him about fitness, nutrition, and how to maximize my results. I had never worked with a trainer before and I was intimidated by the thought of it, but Corey was so supportive, my nerves faded after the first week. Class sizes were always 3 or fewer people, so I had lots of individual feedback and support. I could tell that Corey makes adjustments to meet every client at their level. I joined Higher Purpose Fitness 6 weeks ago and I am enrolled in their bootcamp. Today was my last…read moreday. Even though I did not get to my 6% body fat goal, I have lost at least 4.5% in body fat and 10 lbs in weight. That is wonderful and it has kept me motivated. I have always felt more energized after coming back from one of their sessions. Ross, Bethany, Lynn, Sara, and Vivianna are wonderful coaches and they make sure you're exercising to your fullest potential but also staying safe at the same time. They also make sure you're eating correctly by making sure you are posting weekly updates on how you're doing and posting pictures of what you're eating. They always reply back to your posts and messages in about 1 hour on both Facebook and Voxer as well. This is the first time I have been in a bootcamp and even though I have complained throughout, Ross and Bethany never backed down. They've always told me to think positive and think about how far I have come, and that I should be proud of that. They are two coaches that genuinely care about your health, both mentally and physically. They want to help you on your journey to making your dreams a reality.
