I get there at 12:45 she said there is no appt. With my name on the schedule. First off don't txt people asking for them to come in and then don't do what you offered. I just went in for my free introductory stretch and was greeted by Reesa who was friendly and helpful in getting my appointment set up. I met with Samantha Falcone, the general manager of this location, and had a great experience! She is friendly and very knowledgeable. I wasn't sure what to expect going in but I can truly say that I enjoyed the deep stretch that I could not get myself at home and it definitely made me more aware of my own body. I left feeling great! I would highly recommend her and this location to anyone. Also, on a side note they do accept HSA/FSA which is super helpful. I'm looking forward to coming back! read more

Beware of the contract. I paid for a month and said I didn't want to commit to a 3 month contract ($280x3) since I didn't know if I would like it. I was clear during my free session with the lady. She said anything to get my credit card. I just got charged for another month ($290) and the GM lady said tough luck you signed a contract for 3 months. You cannot cancel. They keep charging you, even after written notification and confirming the cancelation.

If you are like me, super tight, and you need a great stretch this is a good place to go! I would give them a better review but twice forgot to enter in my appointment. I think we are in a better place now we it seems not to have happened in the past few weeks. read more

I signed up thinking all Stretch Zones were connected. I didn't find out until after my first visit that each were separately owned and operated. I moved 25 miles from the location in Johns creek and asked if I could cancel and go to one closer to my house. First phone call, the person said she would have a manager call me back. One week later(March 4th) I got a call stating the just received the message and would see what they could do. I received an email with a cancellation form attached for me to complete. I completed the form, attached it to the email and asked them to please let me know what else I needed to do to proceed with the cancellation. The last I heard from that email was the day I received it. NO one has responded to it as of the date of this review. I however, received a text message on Monday March 14, 2022, stating "Good morning. It's StretchZone of Johns Creek. What day/time would be good for you to schedule your next session?" My response "Hi, I am not scheduling anymore. I sent a cancellation and haven't heard from anyone. I wish I would have known the customer service would be this bad. I would never have joined." Please STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. They lie to the new workers about pay, and withhold information regarding membership. I am still waiting for someone to address my cancellation. BEWARE! They injured me so that I could barely walk, sit, stoop, bend, or climb stairs. It's been over a month and I'm just starting to feel better. And they charged me for eight more sessions although I am too injured to use them. They refused to credit my card for the $320 that they charged, but I never used due to them injuring me. Actual service is pretty good but I've tried twice to prevent them from charging my card but they have yet to do it despite sending them written notice and talking to them on the phone while they supposedly cancelled the service while talking to me. WARNING!!! SCAM!!!!! Do NOT use this business!!!! My wife bought a gift card for our anniversary and they pressured her to sign some lengthy legal document. We tried to return the card but no one ever answers the phone! She drove to the location in johns Creek and spoke to the manager who said "They don't have the "functionality" to return her money." WTF!? What kind of business makes up reasons to steal your money or will not return your money for a service that has not been rendered. I had to drive down there because...surprise no one answers the phone and again they would not return our money. The manager was not there so I left a voicemail and spoke with her the next day. She said she would speak to the owners about my money. That was over a week ago and I have called and left voicemails with no reply! SHAME on any business who refuses to return money for a service that has not been rendered. I went to Stretch Zone in Johns Creek and was amazed at how good I felt afterwards. I'm a competitive lifter and my muscles get very tight. It is something I will be incorporating into my routine for health and wellness. Additionally, the facility was clean and the staff was very professional. They took great COVID precautions and ensured everything was clean before and after my stretch. Highly recommend! read more

Coming from someone who spent a great deal of life as a distance runner with constantly tight leg muscles, this is such an incredible service. As age tightens up so much of the major muscle groups, the professionals at Stretch Zone Johns Creek have great understanding on how to target the areas you really can't work out on your own. They also do great work on the usual suspect areas such as hamstrings and calf muscles. I sit at a desk all day and have lower back issues and have found while looking for relief, the money spent at Stretch Zone goes a lot further than professional massage or chiropractic visit. They also have a very user friendly app for scheduling and account management. Highly recommended! read more

They do a good job but scheduling an appointment seems challanging. Even with the app it is hard to schedule an appointment.
