I dislike machines, big box gyms, and being yelled at by a trainer. THAT'S WHY I LOVE LIFE WARRIOR FITNESS! John and Amanda are simply amazing. John's barefoot bodyweight training is the best hour of fitness. I end up dripping in sweat, but I never feel like I've actually worked out. I tried yoga for the first time and Amanda was so kind and patient. Her yoga classes are kept small in an effort to ensure each student has personal attention. This is WAY different than CorePower yoga or any of those franchise yoga studios. I am so impressed with Life Warrior. They preach that transformation starts from within, and they're right. I've never felt so accepted in a fitness setting. Every exercise was adapted for me. Even in a class of 5 people, I felt like I had a personal trainer. I have now committed to going 3 times per week! And it's very inexpensive. Only $49 per month right now for unlimited classes! I highly recommend Life Warrior.

Even more, all of the coaches are very knowledgeable and encouraging. I have learned so many helpful tips to better complete exercises in the last three months, more than I have learned in years at other gyms. The workouts are well though out, there is definitely a method to the madness pairing certain exercises together to get maximum burn. Because of the variety of classes, I would recommend this gym to all individuals - those at the beginning of their fitness journey and seasoned fitness veterans.

She got me into amazing shape for my wedding, and could not have done it in a more motivational, supportive, or knowledgable way. She's mercifully flexible in her approach and will work to accommodate whatever crazy schedule you have. I went from being remarkably sedentary, weak, and easily injured to a lean, mean, tricep skullcrushing machine. I also lost 2 dress sizes in less than 3 months while still indulging in a lot of tequila and Thai food. Work with this girl! She is unbelievable!

Dr. Fischer was close to me and had excellent reviews, so I decided to see her for my first ever dry needling appointment. I'm so glad I did! After just two appointments with Dr. Fischer, my calf is back to normal thanks to a combination of DN and the exercises and stretches she prescribed. She also helped me address milder issues in my lower back, arms, and lower body. DN can be an intimidating intervention, but Dr. Fischer made me feel totally safe and comfortable during the process, communicating with me throughout. I appreciated that she also followed up and was available for check-ins over the phone in between appointments. I will definitely be back with future PT concerns!

I'm so incredibly grateful for being referred to her. I've been seen by many over the years and never received anything more than a temporary bandaid. Nobody that I've seen would try to really find the cause, which is so frustrating when you're living in agonizing pain and discomfort for so long. I'm finally healed and if I could give a million stars, I would. If you're looking for top of the line physical therapy, I HIGHLY recommend her! What sets her from the rest is her passion to heal. She's not only incredible with her work, but as a person. In short, if you're looking for a proactive approach this is it.

What I found was, a very low key, zen like instructor and several women, of a certain age, in all manner of clothing, ready to roll. Nia uses a series of dance moves, incorporating Martial Arts, Yoga, Dance and Healing arts for a cardio work out as well as strengthening moves. Nothing was particularly hard, except for this woman with two left feet. Some of the dance moves were a bit hard for me to get, but I have complete confidence that I will have them down by next Thursday. Nia just opened in Castle Rock and this class was FULL! Nia seems to be a great, fun, low impact work out for anyone.
