    Carne Asada Burrito
    Johnny J.

Nice setup and environment when you walk in. The patio area even looks nice on a cool weather day. It took a little longer than expected to order. The young lady up front was explaining some items to a customer then after their order was complete she had to grab orders for a group of women waiting. So I can't be mad at good customer service. I got the carne asada burrito and it was way bigger than I expected, I also appreciated the fact that it was crispy on the outside. Flavorful and everything came together well. The salsa kicks it up a notch and the pickled jalapeño and carrots plus cucumbers make it all complete. I'll definitely be back soon to try more. #FoodJones

Food: The tacos were excellent. The meat was tender and juicy and salsas were really good. Ambiance: A typical taqueria. Nice, friendly, clean and good food. Service: The service was pleasant. Parking: Parking is in a strip mall so no problem finding parking. Overall: A nice little taqueria with a pleasant atmosphere and good food.

We got the sopes and the birria ramen with quesabirria tacos. All was really good. The ramen isn't really traditional. And it was a bit salty. Still good. The quesabirria tacos were very good dipped in the consomme. The sopes was messy. They pile it high, so stuff is going to fall off. Just expect it. But it was very tasty with a light crunch. Simple food, but good. Maybe 4.3 stars.

Chicharron, pollo, Al Pastor, and Carne Asada tacos!

Solid four star experience only because my wife wasn't too impressed with the pollo taco. It was chopped too small and it was dry with no flavor. But everything thing else was delicious. The carne asada on both the quesadilla and taco were flavorful and had plenty of meat. They were chopped a decent size and the meat was moist. My quesadilla was my favorite by far. Every bite was flavorful and for the money, I'd buy that over a carne asada taco any day! They do have a salsa bar with several type of salsas and condiments like cilantro, pickled onions, lime wedges, and onion cilantro mix. Each taco order comes with grilled onions and jalapeño! After eyeballing the tub of horchata and noticing how fresh it looked, I had to try it! It turned out my hunch was correct. It was one of the freshest tasting horchata I ever tried. Even my wife was impressed! It had just the right sweetness. We love this place!

$4 for chips, pretty tasty $4 guac, worst guac ever

She asked if I wanted everything on my tacos, yes please. Apparently everything means fried onions. Tacos were dry and bland and that is not guacamole, I love guac but no idea what it is they are serving. I love the food in Mexico, but I think we will stick with Carniceria.

So excited that they opened a location in Maricopa! These are my favorite tacos in Casa Grande, Staff was very welcoming when walking in, it's spacious compared to the CG location & they also serve beer! I came for a pick up order, it was very clean inside & they have a mini salsa bar so you can pack whatever sides you want I ordered their corn asada tacos, I always order corn due to how fresh they are

    Queso birria tacos with consomé

I stopped by earlier today to get a menu. As soon as you walk in the door you can feel a newness. It has a fresh and clean look. The employees are happy to be there and take your order. SQT has ordering automation. If, there is a line you can order from an iPad to expedite the process. I left with the menu. Three hours later my daughter went back and ordered food for takeout. We ordered the carne asada burrito and three queso birria tacos with consume. The food was delicious and the portions were good sized. I know we definitely will be eating more of their delicious food.

    1. First Impressions & Parking Pulling up, I immediately noticed plenty of parking -- no circling the lot or struggling to find a spot. Outside, there were tables and chairs set up for anyone who wanted to enjoy their meal outdoors. 2. Atmosphere & Cleanliness Inside, the restaurant was spacious, quiet, and spotless. The seating was arranged to allow plenty of space for customers without feeling cramped. It's the type of place where you can eat comfortably without being rushed, and the cleanliness was clearly a priority. 3. Service Experience I was warmly greeted as soon as I walked in. The staff made sure any questions I had were answered. One staff member even took time to tidy the condiment bar before I approached, ensuring everything was presentable. 4. The Condiment Bar This was a standout. The bar was well-stocked and neatly organized, with fresh cilantro, green and red salsas, and a spicy veggie mix perfect for topping tacos. They even had bags and small cups so you could package condiments to take with you -- a small but thoughtful detail that adds to the experience. 5. Food & Wait Time Even though they were busy (as expected for a newer spot), my order came out in about 15 minutes. When it arrived, it was hot, fresh, and full of flavor. I ordered 3 birria tacos and the birria ramen, and both were phenomenal. The shredded beef in the tacos was plentiful -- no skimping here. The Taco shell was nice & crispy. Inside was juicy & super flavorful. I started getting full off two birria tacos, which says a lot considering some places give you tiny tacos you could fit three of in the palm of your hand, each with barely a teaspoon of meat. 6. Flavor, Portion Size & Pricing The flavor was incredible -- rich, savory, and seasoned perfectly. The tacos came with a generous portion of consomé, and the price well under other taco spots, they're a steal compared to other places that charge the same or more for much less. The birria ramen price is really good. The portion was huge -- most places charge $16+ & it taste, just ok. The container here was packed, flavorful, and worth every penny, price well under all other taco spots. The portion of shreeded beef was perfect. I was able to split this between two others. In fact, I didn't even make it out of the parking lot before digging in. The smell alone had me taking that first bite right away, and after tasting it, I had to place a second order on the spot so my family could try it too. 7. Value for Money This is where Street Queen Tacos truly stands out. The combination of flavor, portion size, and fair pricing is unmatched. Too many places hike their prices and shrink portions, leaving customers feeling like they overpaid for "just okay" food. That's not the case here. The prices are perfectly set, the portions are generous, and the quality is outstanding. I didn't leave feeling robbed of my hard earned money. I left feeling full & happy I finally found my happy place 8. Final Thoughts & Recommendation Street Queen Tacos has officially become my #1 go-to for birria anything. I want to try so much more. They've nailed the perfect balance of quality, value, and service -- and I hope they keep it exactly that way. If they continue with these prices and portions, they'll keep customers coming back again and again. Rating: 10/10 -- Highly recommend.

Interesting... this place has a lot of potential, good deals on their personal app/site and it's…read moregreat they're open late! My first time ever visiting the speaker staff seemed really mad at me for some reason, I dunno why, it wasn't really early or anything, it was dinner time with no one else in line. I said "hello"... waited 10 secs "hello"...waited another 30sec... "hi, are you open?" waited a minute, "hello, excuse me...are you still open? I'm new here so not sure what to do, is this the ordering speaker?," more silence so I sat there cause they had my order. It took about 6 minutes straight for him to reply back to me, I explained I was new to the restaurant while being super polite and cheery, even after saying "thank you" lots... He still had an attitude but despite that I gave them another chance. The first few times I went the food was hot, good and correct, however this most recent time was subpar. I guess you better hope you get you get a good staff member when you order. The taco was cold with an old dry shell, it almost tasted burnt but had no heat to it. The meat was crispy crunchy, lukewarm and old. Kinda like when you burn bits at the bottom of the pan and it sits out. Although it was to-go order they did not provide any napkins or utensils for the rice... Odd. Luckily I keep napkins on hand and I had a single knife to use to scoop the rice. Turns out I'm more prepared than an entire restaurant apparently. I thought about going back to get it, but by then there was people in line, the food was already cold and I had a long drive ahead of me so I just sucked it up. In addition, I realize restaurants will upcharge on food apps cause the app takes a cut, but I'm used to seeing the same price or maybe .50c...75c...a dollar more, but NO, the food is THREE dollars more on the off brand app. Okay guys...really? C'mon. I mean, is that difference worth people ordering less? Not sure. Oh, and dear Tara who is replying to everyone's comments without providing any solutions for customers... I ask you this, if you keep hearing the same complaints and keep "passing it onto the team," surely by now...months later, they would have gotten the message to not serve burned old food? It's not like they're gonna close in a hour and they just give you what you get, it's open 24hrs... you're gonna make new food constantly. Perhaps, have a meeting with management or remove them if they can't improve after 6 months of the same complaints? I wouldn't want to think that mng is advising staff to NOT make fresh food and to NOT heat it. I also suggest BOGOS, 10% off or $5 credit to loyal customers who have had subpar experiences. I think actually showing improvement or that you care instead of meaningless words that we never know are even shared would make people feel a lot better about the brand, no? Cheers!

It is a traditional Mexican bodega and meat market better known as a carniceria. Everyone there is so friendly and they have all of your hard to find Mexican brand goods. The best thing is that they have a full kitchen that serves everything from tacos, burritos, nachos and even menudo on certain days. Fresh hand made tortillas that you can purchase and take home to cook when needed as well. My go to there is the mixta burrito which is a mix of pastor (pork) and carne asada. The burrito is huge and also has beans and rice inside combined with cilantro and onions. Their fresh homemade salsas are to die for!
