Update 08/10/26: I was craving pho today, so I decided to order takeout from StreetEats. I ordered the seafood pho after seeing the image on their online menu, which appeared to show shrimp, scallops, squid rings, and mussels. Naturally, I expected the actual dish to contain a similar assortment of seafood.
Unfortunately, I was very disappointed when I opened the containers. What I received was literally just shrimp, imitation crab, and fish balls - nothing like what was depicted in the menu photo.
I understand that AI generated images may not perfectly represent an actual dish. However, when a menu image clearly depicts a specific assortment of seafood, I think customers can reasonably expect the dish they receive to at least resemble what is being advertised. In this case, the difference was so significant that it felt very misleading.
What made the experience even worse was that seeing what I actually received completely killed my appetite. I had genuinely been looking forward to the mussels and scallops shown in the image, so opening the container and realizing that the dish looked nothing like what I had expected was incredibly disappointing. I could barely eat it afterward.
Because of this experience, I'm taking another star off my rating, bringing it down to 3 stars.

Original review: I was searching for pho in my area and came across StreetEats because it was marked as a new business. I'm always down to try new places, so I was excited to give it a shot.
I placed a pickup order for the combination pho and a Vietnamese coffee, and my husband picked it up for me. When he got back to the car, he sent me a picture of the coffee because he couldn't believe how small it was. When I saw it, I was honestly baffled. It looked like it was only about 8 oz (or even less once you account for all the ice) and it cost $6. To make it worse, it wasn't even filled all the way to the top (as you can see in the photo).
I was expecting a much larger cup since every other Vietnamese restaurant or bakery I've been to serves Vietnamese coffee in a much bigger size. This portion was just ridiculous for the price. I had my husband go back inside to request a refund. To their credit, they refunded the coffee and told us to keep it, which I appreciated. Still, charging $6 for a cup that small is hard to justify. In my opinion, it should be closer to $4.
Now, onto the pho - which was actually really good. I frequently order pho from Saigon Tapioca and Phonomenal, but I actually enjoyed the pho here even more. The broth had great flavor, and I also appreciated that they didn't seem to overload it with MSG, if they used any at all. I have an MSG sensitivity that causes chest tightness and pain, and because I tend to sip a lot of the broth after finishing the noodles and meat, I usually end up feeling the effects when restaurants use too much. I didn't have that issue here, which was a huge plus.
I also have to mention that the packaging for the pho was probably the best I've ever seen. Even the custom restaurant branded bag was a nice touch. Part of me wonders if the extra profit from that $6 coffee is going toward the packaging and branded bags, because the presentation was definitely impressive, LOL.
One last thing I wanted to mention: I'm not a fan of the AI generated pictures on the website. I really hope the owner considers taking actual photos of the pho and menu items someday, because the AI images are off putting.
Overall, I'll definitely be coming back for the pho. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the Vietnamese coffee pricing. The pho alone deserves high marks, but charging $6 for such a tiny cup of coffee just isn't reasonable. If they ever adjust the price... or offer a larger size for what they're charging - I'd happily update my review to 5 stars. read more
