Best wingstop in town! The quality and taste is unmatched. I got the 50 count party pack, we chose all mild bone-in, which came with 2 sides of fries and 2 sides of veggies and 4 dipping sauce. Honestly could use more dipping sauce for 50 wings. This food fed 5 adults and a child with a few wings leftover. I ordered online for pickup later, and it was ready exactly at the time chosen. Wingstop Sunday football andI ordered 50 wings. I never have a problem and the driver apologized the bag ripped when she was taking it out the car. The wings were soggy, and need to be cooked a little longer when they are going to be doused and tossed in sauce. I was going to call the restaurant and complain, but I didn't want a refund or anything even though this was around $103.00 total including a 20% tip. I do expect better with the QC process before orders go out. Do recommend this establishment but need to fix this issue from happening. read more

Be prepared to have your money stolen and not receive your food. We ordered on the Wingstop website for delivery, and the store said they never got the order. The store then told us we had to contact DoorDash for a refund, even though we didn't use DoorDash to order. DoorDash took over 2 hours to get anywhere, for me to be referred to Wingstop customer service. Wingstop said it could be up to 2 weeks to get a refund...2 weeks later, still.no refund. No one will help, we're still just getting the run around. DO NOT GO HERE!! read more

Waited over 50 minutes to get my order when I was given a 20 minute wait time. Come to find out my order was sitting there the entire time. First time in a Wingstop for the wife and I ...... we ordered the Family Pac with Louisiana Rub, Hickory BBQ, and I guess it was regular orange colored wings ....... fries, veggies, and ranch, blue cheese, and honey mustard dips ..... The wings were horrible..... I absolutely love hot, spicy wings ...... but, again, these were horrible..... the Louisiana Rub had way too much rub .... it was just caked on them ...... the BBQ had no sense of BBQ about them ..... and those orange things just had a weird taste to them ...... The fries were hot but very limp..... like a noodle limp ....... the dipping sauces were the consistency of water ..... Blue Cheese should not pour like water ...... Not a great first experience at Wingstop ...... with a fast food joint on every street corner around here, one has only a single chance of snagging a return customer ..... this place definitely dropped the ball ..... read more

My son and I love wings and have always enjoyed Wingstop and overall this was a great location and their wings are still good but this time it lacked a bit of flavor. The staff is always friendly but even ordering in advance it never seems to be ready on time maybe 5-10 minutes after it was scheduled to pick up. Overall though for a chain we still enjoy the wings here just don't be in a rush to get them or order well in advance. read more

The ladies here are awesome! I show up at least once every other week. I place my order and get sucked into GameStop. The food is very delicious (I mean, it's wings, cmon!) and is always hot when I pick up. The online reservation system is my other method of ordering, however I do wish I could make my payment online so my wife or friends can pick up an already paid order (it used to let me do this, now we order online and pay in store). I definitely recommend the fries as a side, they are so addicting!! read more

Had to order sodas because their tea canisters were nasty and the date of last made was days old. They screwed up our family order and refused to credit the entire thing back or remake anything but the meals they got wrong, leaving us with watered drinks and cold food for those who few did get the correct meals. We're also out the expense and time driving there and back again twice. When you make mistakes, you make it right for everyone affected by it, and they refused. If they are going to refuse to fix their screw ups, then they don't deserve the wage they demand. Likely will never hear from the owner or corporate, either. read more

This was my third time going to this wing stop location. I ordered traditional wings and there was barely any meat, as if they were meant to be in a kids meal. Understandably their boneless wings have more meat but their traditional wings have little meat and mainly bone. read more

Called on my way from North Academy and was left on hold for 10 minutes. Then hung up and called back and was left on hold for another 10 minutes. Hung up and called back and by this time I am over 20 minutes just trying to place a pick up order for the way home. Called back a third time and the lady answered I asked he r not to put me back on hold and explained about the 20 minute hold time and she stated that she is the only person there to answer the phone and what could she get me to order. This is probably the worst WingStop I have ever been to. First I know that they can get busy so if I can I try to call ahead but when I tried I got out on hold for literally 20 mins. I know cause I looked at my phone before I hung up and called back thinking maybe they just forgot about me and the lady mumble a greeting and put me on hold again. I sat on hold another 15 mins while I drove there. I hung up as I walked through the door. I expected it to be slammed but on the contrary there was one couple in the back and they already had their food. So I ordered my food while the young lady was texting and I said that I could wait while she finished her text. By this time I was pretty annoyed but had my daughter with me I had to set a good example. I finished my order (which she obviously was more concerned with her text cause she had it all wrong) and the lady asks "are you having a bad day or something " to which I replied "yeah just a bad day" but the wingstop was the only crappy thing. She says "here sign this oh by the way it's going to be 45 mins" and I said "what? Really?" Looking around at her empty lobby and she chuckles and said "yeah sorry" I was so livid by this point I couldn't sit in that lobby without causing a scene so I went next door and milled around the GameStop for 40 mins went back over to the lobby and waited my five minutes and the whole time the young lady never came back to the counter at all. I finally shouted "hello" to the back and she came up and told me "oh we're dropping your wings now" all I could do was stare at her in shock her and another young lady drop my wings while I sat at the counter watching them. She handed me my food and said " yeah crazy day sorry". I am so happy this Wingstop location is here! They are CLEAN, FRIENDLY, QUICK and a nice change to the fast food chains in the area! I came on my lunch at about 3pm, (this whole area is usually kinda busy during my lunch time so I usually hit a fast food place), I wanted to have some chicken wings instead. Since I decided at the last minute, I did not have time to call in my order, or order through the app (Which I will have to try in the future) I was nervous about making it back to work on time after placing the order ( they quoted me 22 minutes) but it only took 15!! My food was fresh and delicious!! I ordered the classic mild wing combo. While I waited for my food to be prepared, I was treated like part of the family. The staff is very friendly and inviting!! I have eaten at this particular wingstop a few times now, and all I can say is yeah the wait is long. My advice, order online people. Wait in the comfort of your home, then drive and pick them up. Stop complaining about wait times, this isn't Taco Bell. As for the bad service, I am assuming the cell phone texting bandit doesn't work there anymore and with work ethics like that it isn't surprising. The crew that is there now is pretty friendly and helpful. You really can't judge a place on past bad reviews due to bad employees, that just isn't fair.
