I Regret Hiring TaskTrek Handyman Services…read more I hired TaskTrek Handyman Services to repair my lawn sprinkler system, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. On the first visit, the technician repaired an underground pipe, replaced a few sprinkler heads, and said all stations were up and running. I was pleased. He charged me $176. After he left, all stations seemed to be working, but I noticed two sprinkler heads needed replacing, and one station wasn't coming on. He agreed to return a few days later. During the second visit, I was tied up with work and couldn't monitor him. He seemed honest and hardworking for coming back, so I trusted him to handle it. He charged me another $160 and left while I was on a business call, saying everything was working. Over an hour later, I noticed the sprinklers were still running in the backyard. When I checked the system, only 2.5 out of 6 stations were actually working. I called and left a message, followed by three more attempts, but he never responded or returned my calls. I ended up spending the summer manually watering my lawn with hoses and sprinklers I had to purchase from Lowe's, since my budget for sprinkler repairs was already spent. Every time I water my lawn, I'm reminded of how I was taken advantage of by someone unresponsive and unreliable. *I do not recommend TaskTrek. If you want someone responsible, responsive, and honest, look elsewhere.

Finally I located Ron, a referral from a local realtor. He was very professional, came out when he said he would, ensured that we were in agreement on the material and started the job very quickly. He finished the job in less time than expected and we were happy with the finished result. After about 20 minutes Jeremy reponsed with very reasonable quote and the capability to do the work the next day.He showed up on time with his assistant and they did a 5 Star quality ,my house looked brand new. Jeremy and his assistant were very polite , good communications through the entire process from quote to finish up on thr requsted job, in short very professional. Jeremy went above and beyond what we originally agreed to by soft washing my front porch and side walk. I now understand why he has such good reviews on his website.He does such a fantastic job of making his customers happy campers.
