Waited 50 minutes for a taxi that was supposed to be here in 20 minutes, Traveled for 4…read morehours to be on time for our best friends wedding then only to miss the whole ceremony because of the most SHITTEST communication between fleetwats sorry fleetways and the hotel novotel! The taxi was coming around the corner for 35 mins as apparently it was seconds away? Yes because that makes sense doesn't it!!! Shame that the only thing good about the company was the helpful driver! And the traffiic was free flowing so can't be fobbed off as that for an excuse!
