He is upset and said " here is not right place for you" twice. 2. My dental insurance cover the regular cleaning twice a year without any charge. But Dr. Hagigi charge me and my wife almost every time. He said this is preventive cleaning, so he needs to charge us. My wife insist to do the regular cleaning with no charge. The check in was on a digital touch screen (which I learned after butchering my signature a couple of times trying to do it with the mouse). Jacie was the assistant taking care of me and she was as nice as can be and fun to talk to. Didn't realize we were done doing my xrays since we talked about Netflix the whole time. Once I went back I was surprised to see that all my Xrays appeared on a TV screen located on the wall across from me. The doctor also used a tool that takes pictures of what hes telling me about so I could put a picture to what he was explaining. Me, being the visual person that I am, thought this was amazing! Up until this appointment I have never met a dentist I liked or trusted. I don't feel like I'm being pressured to have my dental work done immediately or that if I don't my teeth will fall out. In the beginning of 2025, because of job cuts in the DC area I had to move out of the DC area, and the dentist in my new area wasn't as good. I really miss Dr. Tran and the team.
