Mr. Phil responded back and was adamant that he would not schedule additional drive time until our child has practiced 8-10 hours with us. She received no feedback during her drive time nor we were told what to practice to help improve her driving skills to even know what to have do when she is under our supervision! When we have taken her out, we feel that our daughter is doing a great job for a new driver! So our family found his response unacceptable! Mr. Phil is her instructor and we are paying him to provide our child the basics of driving which she needs! When we said that if he is unwilling to teach properly and help complete her drive time, that we would like to request a refund. Without hesitation or explanation, he said that he will issue a refund! He did not argue nor try to keep our family as a customer! Now we are left not knowing why Mr. Phil let us go so easily and wondering how a company can refuse to continue working with a child while having to search for a new school to take over! I am extremely disappointed with this driving school! The communication has been poor and has been through text messages and we have found Mr. Phil is very unprofessional and unhelpful! Upon returning home, she showed me her hair and almost her entire braid was pulled out. I called the daycare immediately at 6:15pm and spoke to the director who stated "I don't know what happened. No one told me anything. ." This is the fifth incident in a year where my child has been a victim of neglect where someone either didn't know what happened or even it when it was too late. Once she ingested fish which she is allergic to, the second someone bit her finger, the third someone pulled dirt all over her to the point that she looked gray when I picked her up. At no instance was medical attention sought and I was notified either a day later, that evening upon pick up or not at all. In one instance the assistant director told me she called with an incident but my voicemail immediately came one. Way prior to that time I told them I worked as a therapist and I had to devices to be reached at and they had both numbers at the time of this incident. When asked why she didn't try the other number, she denied having it. However, upon pick up that evening she provided me with the sheet I filled out at the time of my daughter's registration, which had both numbers, to confirm the numbers on file. At which time I stated, I thought you only had one number to which she apologized. One time I went to get my child from the playground and no one could find her! Today was my last straw. I'm a single mom and full time business owner and depend on daycare for childcare. Despite the neglect, numerous times they've closed early, opened late or closed her classroom completely with little to no notice. I believe the center is too overpopulated for the current staff which leads to neglect and lack of care. They are allowing a child with severe behavioral issues to run rampant on the 3 year old room with no action being done. The director basically told me that my child, who's black, can leave. But the little boy, who's white can stay with no repercussions. He has autism and behavioral issues and needs to be in an inclusion center but nothing is being done.
