You're not going to get that kind of teaching from a book or a 1 day Joanne Fabrics sewing class. It also helps she is hilarious and we often laugh as we sew. Everyone I've met there is exceedingly friendly and professional. I had tons of alterations and repairs done there by BJ and I'm so tickled. I picked everything up yesterday-- my pants were hemmed perfectly, and she repaired a family heirloom vintage dress for me in a manner that you couldn't even tell it had been redone. This dress was hard for me to hand off to a stranger because it means a lot to me and she did such a wonderful job. I'm even having her use an old pair of favorite pants to make a pattern to make a couple new pairs. I was shocked how inexpensive it was! If you have sewing needs, this is the place to be.

The next couple years not as good but adequate and our referrals ended. The last couple years a complete disappointment culminating in our decision to recently end the relationship. The quality of the tutors is not what it once was and the current Office Manager was unaware of the specifics of the ACT Program in which a son was recently enrolled and the results of the Program unsatisfactory for the cost. Our advice is to shop around as there are other options in the Severna Park area.

This center uses a rote style of learning to enforce math skills. The staff is young and has little…read morepatience for younger children that are having a difficult time learning a new skill or need a more hands on approach to building math confidence. When my child made statements of discouragement in learning new concepts they did not work to assure her but lacked patience took these comments as a lack of desire to learn. Jim Trexler is dismissive and often times combative in emails when younger children don't meet his mark when working to master new concepts. Upon joining the center my husband and I explained to Mr. Trexelr that my older child need homework help because she was having trouble grasping Math concepts with her current math teachers style and he agreed that he and his staff could help keep her on track during the school year and make sure she kept developing her math skills. After joining Jim sent constant emails complaining that she only wanted to work on homework while at the center and finished minimal worksheets and was not meeting the mark for him to run his business. It did not matter that she needed to keep up with her academically rigorous curriculum at school. He was also upset that she came in to study after her games or practices and felt she was focusing more on sports than her academics as a whole because she was not completing his quota of worksheets. Overall, if you have a young child that actually needs to become more confident in math concepts and needs a bit of hand holding and encouragement this is not the place. Get them a workbook and a one on one tutor to help build their skills. And if you have an older child that you want to get math help and reinforcement of concepts that they are learning, this is not the place, because they want you to do worksheets the entire time you are there which may not be related in anyway to the concepts that the child is learning at that particular time.

If I didn't understand something, it was explained in a different way until it clicked and I was provided additional support via access to the MTS Slack channel (containing hundreds of my peers), which provided family like support and a camaraderie of students who had also been in my shoes. I learned a lot, gained confidence in my skills, and genuinely felt supported throughout the process. Definitely worth it and I would recommend MTS Class to anyone trying to get into or grow in IT.

The founder assured me he understood that situation and would help me find work if I enrolled. That support never materialized. Once my final payment cleared, communication dropped off sharply and my questions went unanswered. Notably, founder stopped picking up my calls, saying he was too busy. The instruction itself was inconsistent. By my count, roughly a quarter of scheduled sessions did not happen because no instructor showed up. The final exam was scheduled for July 2026. As of September 2026 it still has not taken place, and I have been given no timeline or explanation. I'll be fair: the program is presented convincingly, and I believe there may have been genuine intent behind it at some point. But intent is not delivery. Students paid in full for instruction and a credential that were not provided. Anyone considering this program, veterans especially, should ask for a written schedule, a refund policy, and contact information for recent graduates before paying anything.

The daycare uses the Tadpoles app to send pictures (and sometimes short video clips) to parents daily. The app also sends a daily report showing the times and details of feedings and diaper changes.
