I posted the same review in a military page as we are a military family that used a military subsidy. There were so many responses from other families going through the same issues. While the Primeron can reply to my review saying they've "strengthened and improved their communication" it is apparent from hearing from other families they haven't. Responses to Yelp reviews are purely for their image as admin at the Primeron does not respond nearly as fast or as professional to attending families.

I've noticed a few negative reviews here from frustrated parents, which is unfortunate. While I…read morecan't speak to every individual situation, I do want to share that our experience at Primeron has been one of the VERY BEST we could have ever hoped for. In particular, the director, Kaela, has been responsive, approachable, and genuinely invested in building strong relationships with families. She has taken the time to listen to concerns, make herself available when needed, and even helped establish a parent partnership group (similar to a PTO), which has been a meaningful way for families to stay engaged and connected. Like any organization, occasional issues may arise, but in our experience, the leadership team has handled matters professionally and with care. Some concerns (such as those related to voucher programs) may be tied to broader administrative systems rather than the on-site leadership. I have great relationships with many family members, and have never had issues making my payments, via the Daycare Family Works app. We can tell that Kaela and the leadership team prioritize and value family partnerships: this is why they have connected parents together through family days, created summer camps, spirit weeks, and a parent partnership group. I plan to be a part of the Primeron family until my child ages out! Overall, we feel supported, valued, and confident in the care our child receives. We appreciate the dedication of the staff and leadership team and are grateful to be part of this community.

My son turned 4 in July and due to schedule conflicts we opted not to do Pre K, however, we still…read morewanted him to receive some form of school structured experience prior to attending kindergarten. I live near this center and decided to check it out. I called and scheduled an appointment. Orientation and the assessment were free as advertised, and administered by Ms. Diane who runs this location. She let me know where my son stood academically and made recommendations. She also informed me that registration was free for the upcoming month and that I should wait. I thought that was nice of her because that saved me money. I decided we wld enroll my son in the Reading program. Well fast forward present day, almost a month in and I am very pleased with our choice. It is well worth the monthly fee. The tutors are all friendly and accommodating and patient with the students. Each tutor only works w/ 1-2 students at a time. There's an actual lesson plan they follow and they seem serious about it. They even have a reward system just like school. I love that they reinforce the lessons with homework because it helps my son retain the info and also gives me the opportunity to see what he's working on and test his knowledge. It really seems to be working! $160 per subject, 30 min sessions twice a week... I've called other tutoring services & Kumon was most affordable. I say go for it... It's worth the investment in your child's future.

My child has attended this school for a number of years. As Covid hit the owner and school has…read moretaken a nosedive. I've been extremely patient with them however, it seems they are only concerned about money. They have changed their hours from 6:30am-6pm to 7am-5pm with the intention and promise of returning only now to say they are short staff and will not return. I have worked with them and I believe I have been extremely patient. Whenever you mention compensation for services they are no longer providing the owner mention she has to pay her staff. Primrose is short staff and lack quality teachers. Teachers appear to be young and uninterested in the development of young children. Owner lacks experience as well. She appears to be making thing up as she goes. In my opinion, to keep mentioning you have to pay your staff is in poor taste and she has no regards for parents and the amount of money being spent. I would pull my child out but because it is mid/end of school year I am letting her finish. I do not plan to do business with them again. Very disappointed.

I suppose the joke is on us since we didn't pull our kid and put her in Arch Bishop after we really learned this school didn't align with our values at all. My daughter was also an underachiever, so that was on her. We did watch other kids really soar and have some wonderful opportunities offered. Additionally my daughter never had bullying issues, and did have a good HS experience. There were a few stand out teachers and some 1 college counselor who really did care:) if you want to send your kid to private school go with Arch Bishop. It's two years later after my kid graduated, I am still disappointed and really wish I would have done better research.

As a former student who attended prior to the campus merger, I can definitively say this school…read morefailed in its basic duty to keep me safe. I faced relentless, systematic bullying by the vast majority of the student body, literally only four students during my entire time there did not mistreat me. The administration was completely useless; they actively ignored the toxic environment and did absolutely nothing to intervene or protect my well-being resulting in a severe, life threatening crisis for my mental health. Shockingly, the only time administration ever engaged with me regarding these issues was so that I could face disciplinary action from when I finally tried to stand up for myself. This institution protects bullies and penalizes victims. I would never recommend this school to any family who cares about student safety, emotional support, or basic human decency.
