Just like the TV advert very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Today I called into Curry's to get some help on setting up my ( Magic Remote) unfortunately Sam was not working. I enquired at the service desk and was pointed to a young lady who was by the TV section. She was very pleasant but unfortunately did not have the information I required. She then took me to the Vision Manager, who was the person who had sent me to her in the first place. She explained the problem I had. To be perfectly honest. He was the complete opposite to the help and service I received from Sam, and the service I received from the Young lady who was trying to help. He did not want to get involved at all. He should sit down watch the Currys TV advert And be more customer friendly

The variety of products is average, but not bad. An very annoying thing is that the alarms on the laptops go off very often making a loud and irritating noise, ruining the shopping experience. Also the some of the staff hasn't got the appropriate knowledge that you would expect form a person that works in a shop that sells electronics - one of the ladies didn't know what a tablet is. All in all it's not a bad place to see a product you might buy from Amazon.

Caroline rejected any notion that in updating my basket that it had not taken = she said it was my fault and that 'I wanted them to pay for my mistake'... and other things. I was initially worried when an domestic answerphone was my reply as noone was present? I would NOT reccommend either Caroline or the company regardless of the product. If companies are not prepare to pay for exchange post when an error is made [THEIR error in my view] they are too outdated for my taste. Disgraceful.
