I don't yet know the quality of the product itself. But on opening my parcela and discovering that they had put in two single sheets with all other products being for a double, I called and spoke to I think a Caroline. Caroline rejected any notion that in updating my basket that it had not taken = she said it was my fault and that 'I wanted them to pay for my mistake'... and other things.
I was initially worried when an domestic answerphone was my reply as noone was present?
I would NOT reccommend either Caroline or the company regardless of the product. If companies are not prepare to pay for exchange post when an error is made [THEIR error in my view] they are too outdated for my taste. Disgraceful. read more
