They were flexible with me possibly having to re-schedule my appointment at the last minute if the cable equipment had not arrived on time. The installation team arrived at the time promised. They were polite, clean and professional. They used shoe covers, which I appreciated. I bought my own bracket and they were very familiar with it. They even uncrated my 85" TV from my move, which required them unscrewing wooden boards -- much more work than simply opening a cardboard box. Then they measured precisely, putting guide tape on the wall that they removed without leaving any marks. They also cut a hole on the wall behind the TV to run the power cord behind the wall to the outlet near the floor. The work was professionally done and looked great. They ran all the cables along the bracket, which was important because the bracket and wall would be visible when I pulled the TV out and swiveled it to seen from the kitchen, dining room or the living room. The whole process took under an hour and they didn't seem to cut any corners. The estimate was not the least expensive I received, but I felt the thoughtful questions they asked before I even accepted their quote, indicated the attention to detail that I wanted -- and I was right. I can't say if all their teams work this well, but the one that came to my house was exceptional.

The contractors did miss some minor things with our playground assembly, and unfortunately the price came in higher (without notification), despite my providing the exact model and steps required for assembly at the time of soliciting. The insurability and lack of comprehensive quality guarantees is a little off putting in the end, as even other entities that exclusively use "independent contractors" such as uber, still have additional protections in place for the end customer. Overall, they were good, not perfect. The process was wonky, but worked (for the most part) in the end. I just would prefer to go directly to the contractors in the future.

The first job was a fancy faucet upgrade and plumbing job in the kitchen. The second was a basement lighting, electrical and garbage disposal replacement job. Initially, during the first visit, I was a bit nervous about hiring a handyman service for the job given I had bought a very expensive faucet and didn't want just anyone to screw it up. I figured a "big" plumbing company was the way to go, until I got their ridiculous quote for the job! In steps MCCS. MCCS handled the job like a pro, with no issues or damages/scratches to the faucet, cabinets or granite countertops....and at half the cost in comparison. During the last visit, Maryam performed the work herself and truthfully, I was amazed with her technical skill and knowledge to jump from completing plumbing work to figuring out a couple of electrical issues all in the same visit. As a small minority-women owned business, Maryam and her team has been a pleasure to work with. The communication and response time is fair and this is one company that has stayed consistent and on-time when scheduled. On both occasions, Maryam tends to get back to you the same day with a quote/response and schedule your work at your convenience. In all, MCCS gets 10 Stars if Yelp allowed. I have nothing but good things to say about their services and professionalism for being such a small company.
