I had a very disappointing experience with this notary service. I paid $30 for their help, but they…read morewere unprepared and unreliable. The same day, I ended up having to pay the sheriff's office $52 to complete the service anyway. The notary tried to charge both parties even though I had already paid, and at one point accused me of not paying, calling me dishonest. Fortunately, the sheriff's office confirmed I was a paying customer and continued the process. Later, the business promised to resolve the issue by notarizing a letter, but then canceled on the day of the appointment and said they would refund me on 8/20/25. That refund never came. I also received an intimidating phone call from her husband, who dismissed the importance of online reviews. The next day, the notary called me again and brought up my personal matters, which I found very unprofessional. In the end, I had to take my business to a different notary who was reliable, professional, and straightforward. I would caution anyone seeking notary or legal services to look elsewhere. They even tried to bump into me when I was waiting for an elevator first and cut infront of me and closed the elevator in my face and were very emotional rather than professional. Sheriffs and my child was present !

Came to find out that the person who was telling him to leave was the tax person. I went in to see if they would help me and guess what I asked for help and they helped me but only because I am Hispanic like them. Don't go to this business. They should help everyone. I talked to a few people who got services there. I feel bad because we live in the are and I told my friend to go there because i thought they would help. Sad people are racist. I had a conversation with a few people and business owners and found out this is a shady business. One person says they fudge a lot of stuff to get you a hefty return and another, one stated that he had to get his taxes redone due to the incorrect filing. I was informed they do crooked registration. I was told they are illegal salvage stuff as well. Going to give the IRS and DMV a call. Please do not go there. They have a notary sign a dmv document to state that the 60,000 BMW was salvaged and is only worth 1400.00. When nothing was wrong With the car. When filing taxes. They put dependents on the tax return from other people and those people get 1/2 of what child earned income credit is. A filing of a business was done instead of a 1040 and it caused someone's taxes to be incorrect and they owed the state after another tax prep corrected and amended them.
