I have never used a pest service before, but someone suggested Gaddis on facebook and said he did a great job. I was charged $80 for 3 months of unlimited services and he came out and went over our yard thoroughly. I have to say I haven't seen a wasp since! which is a huge deal for us because it was really bad. I was not contracted in, which I like. family owned business with him and his wife and they are both respectful, prompt, fair priced, and their product actually works.
