    DON'T DO IT! I'll…read morescream it from the rooftops to try to help people in Taft. I'll be the first to say that Spectrum is not the greatest but this is a lesser of two evils in this situation. I had a couple friends ask me about Frontier so I looked into a bit and another friend hopped on board with them and offered to be used as a test dummy for Frontier. Things went well at first when he got connected and the network was running at about the advertised speed. Now the kicker, they have their first outage. Long wait to talk to someone and find out it was because of a bad firmware update on their side that they are tracing back so the can roll it back and repair the line. 2 days later they claim it's fixed but...no internet. It's now been 8 days for my buddy without internet. Multiple calls and emails, what response is given? The support team can only write tickets and send them to dispatch, they don't have a phone number and are not allowed to call dispatch. Customers also cannot call dispatch and dispatch has sole discretion on when a technician will be sent out. 8 days, no internet, a tech was promised yesterday and today with no tech arriving and now they are saying Friday. This company is chasing their own tail, treating customers like they are nothing and openly lying. Do your self a favor and stay far far away or you'll find yourself in this same mess.

I closed out my account, turned in all their equipment, then I got three different final bill payments over the phone. The first one was $550 before the equipment credit, then after the credit, it went down to $308.43.now I get another call saying I am over this first amount given. This company has a very bad problem with communication and keeping their word. They do everything to get your payment info over the phone and when that doesn't work they get a nasty tone. If you are thinking about their service it's very high priced for little to no service. At this point, if I could give them a zero rating I would. When it comes to their word don't trust it unless you get it in writing. I thought Jones intercable was bad in their day, wow was I mistaken.this company is Worse

    This is the ABSOLUTE WORST satellite company! I have always had billing issues with them! The…read moreonly reason that I have this company is my elderly mother likes to watch certain shows and certain channels and it is just easier for her if I keep this company ... for the time being! We did an upgrade and the only reason that I agreed to do the upgrade is they told me they would credit me the monthly fee for the DVRs and my bill would not change! Well let me tell you this EVERY SINGLE MONTH I have had to call and have them credit the bill! The lady I talked to last month barely spoke English might I add said she would send it to escalations department and they would contact me to straighten this out so i would not have to continue calling every month. Well that did not happen so this month same thing I call and wait for 30 minutes just to talk to a live person and he tells me they don't have an escalations department so he doesn't know what the last operator was talking about. So this is going to be an EVERY MONTH CALL ! After my contract is up.... BYE BYE DIRECT NEVER AGAIN !

He did not address any of my concerns, nor did he make any effort to listen or make me feel heard. I paid $200 for a consultation, and my experience fell far short of what I expected. My phone call was late, and when it finally happened, it lasted less than three minutes. Mr. Gorski told me to call back once I had all my documents, and would see if he would be able to help with the court proceedings but I was left feeling unsupported and uncertain about whether he could assist with my upcoming court date. This was an unprofessional and frustrating experience, and I would not recommend their services based on how I was treated.
