He made sure to take pictures and film videos of his work and send it to me as he and his crew came in early in the morning, meaning like 4am in the morning to get the job done before my business opens. Yet if he's not happy with the result, he will tell me that he wants to come back and get the job done once more at NO COST. Now that's a reliable company who takes not pride in their business and keeps the promises they gave you before the job started but not to just get the job from me.
