To his credit it was late afternoon when he washed them, but the next morning in the sunlight, you could see the film and residue on the windows. See my photos. I texted him with photos to let him know, and he said he would come back. He didn't show yesterday or communicate with me to let me know he needed to reschedule. He didn't use squeegees, just microfiber cloths and a scrubber. I would not recommend.

If you're reading this I bet you're thinking, "do they really have all 5-star reviews? That's not…read morepossible." BUT IT IS!! From the call to get a quote, to arriving, cleaning & following up Mike was incredible. His customer service is a breath of fresh air in a space where customer service doesn't seem to exist any longer. He returned calls, was detailed in his services, gave plenty of notice when he'd arrive, did an amazing job on our windows (more on that later) & was absolutely delightful to be around. We recently got new windows & the company paid for us to have the windows professionally cleaned so I reached out Dallas Windows & Gutter Cleaning. Mike was able to get me in the following week (prior to my daughter's 1st birthday as I'd hoped) & gave me a quote over the phone. He followed up a couple days before arriving & also gave me a text heads up when he was on the way with his ETA. Mike's military background shined through in his respectful nature, hard work, attention to detail & desire to leave us 100% satisfied. In addition, this is a family business which delighted us. His two children & wife accompanied him on the job and wow, it's been a long time since I've met such respectful & kind children. They worked just as hard as their parents did & were an incredible team. When all (41) windows had been cleaned Mike walked the entire house re-checking & went back to perfect a handful of them without me even asking. He asked that I walk the house & make sure they were to my 100% satisfaction. They worked HARD on our windows - there was still sticker glue, caulking & silicone left by the installers which Mike & his family spent a great deal of time working to get off the glass. I could not be happier with the quality of work, the kindness & efficiency with which Mike & his family worked. We will be customers of Dallas Windows & Gutter Cleaning from now on!

I live in an apartment and didn't have a water hookup for a power washer, but he still made it work with the tools he had. He cleaned everything by hand using brushes and smaller tools (since he couldn't use a power washer like he normally would) and still got amazing results. There was a thick layer of dust on the panels that I couldn't get off myself, and he completely took care of it. In the photo, the top panels are the cleaned area and the bottom panels are the "before," so you can really see how dusty it was before he started. I'm honestly so happy with how it turned out and really appreciated how flexible and helpful he was despite the limitations. Very affordable as well. I'll definitely be using him again in a few months when it builds up again. He did a great job! Thanks Julian! Highly recommend!!

He is a veteran (Air Force) and works at a bank full time. Usually am not comfortable with a person in my house. I felt completely at ease when Terron was in my house washing the windows. I wanted to support a veteran-owned business, which honestly made this experience even more…read moredisappointing. I had my gutters installed previously by the original builder for around $1,300. This company quoted me approximately $3,000 for what was essentially the same type of job -- more than double the price. I completely understand that businesses have overhead and prices change, but there's a difference between charging a fair price and simply being wildly overpriced. A quote of $3,000 for a job I previously paid $1,300 for was enough for me to take my business elsewhere. It's unfortunate because I genuinely wanted to support a veteran-owned company. I just can't justify paying more than twice what the same work has cost me before. Being veteran-owned is something I'm happy to support, but it shouldn't be used as a reason for customers to overlook an unreasonable price. Shop around and get multiple quotes before committing. I'm glad I did.

Keith Caballero helped me understand what was needed to best suit my needs, provided an estimate outlining what we talked about, and provided a fair price. Note; they will not service existing gutters, they will tear out any existing gutters and replace, probably for the better. Day before delivery, the office reached out and confirmed the time that they would be arriving the next day. On day of installation, my doorbell rang at the exact minute they said they would be there. Jose (Joey) and Lido did a wonderful job with the installation. They even helped rebalance a part of a gutter that needed adjustment that wasn't supposed to be serviced. The removal/install/cleanup took about 3 hours. It would definitely take more time if you were having an entire house done. I am hopeful that the new gutters suit my needs. Even if they dont or if there is an issue, I am confident Keith and Jose can remedy it. I am extremely pleased with their service. Also i zelled to avoid a credit card fee.
