I have been going to Dr Shacknow for many years, will never change dentists. Dr. Shacknow picked up on a lesion in my husband's mouth, which was cancer. Made the appt for the following week and called multiple times to confirm that they received the referral which they said they did only to find out they didn't when we came in the second time and made us wait for over an hour. Save your self the headache and annoyance and go somewhere where they have actual professionals. If the administration is this poor I can only imagine how bad the dr is. If I could give zero star I would.
