I bought off the rack without any education or tips or tricks other than her telling me that it's human hair so I can treat it as such. After 3 months it started matting under the nape within minutes of putting it on. For $3500 a human hair wig should not look like it's never been washed or combed. It looks so terrible after 6 months of wearing 3-6 hours a week. I feel like I got ripped off.
