I've visited several other wig stores and this one is farther from me, but I had high hopes based on the reviews. They surpassed all of my expectations and I can't wait to come back. Every person there is absurdly kind and helpful. It's such a comfortable atmosphere (no shaming, pushy behavior, etc that you might experience elsewhere). Britney, Jummy, and Christian brightened my day and helped correct the wig I brought in -- it was choppy and weird when I came in, and stunning by the time I left. Jummy took a ton of time answering my questions, checking measurements, etc. She was so careful and exact in her cut in order to preserve the length while evening out the rest. I also poked around the store and their wig pricing is really competitive (and lower than the other stores I've popped into with equally diverse selection). I also ended up purchasing a velvet wig grip w/lace center to replace the one my dog tried to wear and destroyed. Even the wig grip was super affordable, coming in at 25% less than the cheapest option on Amazon. This business truly cares and feels like family. I just wish I had found and met them sooner.

We went to the beauty supply store to pick up the hair and when we returned, they were ready for us. Due to my budget, I purchased different hair and Cynthia accommodated the style change. The atmosphere was chill and we were all engaged in various conversations. For the most part, the salon workers spoke French, often. When we mentioned that my son in law was Nigerian, the salon workers started speaking French, almost in chorus. We didn't mind until we heard in good clear English 'citizenship'. Now, to be fair, we have no idea what they said but what I dont appreciate is how that made us feel. I took out my phone and opened Google translate but the conversation it picked up was cordial. I would not return to this salon, even if they offered something for free. No paying customer should feel like the butt of your joke. This was extremely unprofessional.
