I brought my son in for a haircut and was greeted with rude, dismissive service at check-in--as though our presence was an inconvenience. His stylist was then 15 minutes late. I understand that delays happen, but there was no acknowledgment or apology. Since it was my son's first appointment with this stylist, I introduced myself, and she also seemed put off by having to make even a brief acquaintance. I've been a loyal customer because of the experience and service Scissors & Scotch has traditionally provided, but this visit was disappointing. Service is clearly slipping, and I hope management takes notice.
