DO NOT HIRE unless you want your paint to start chipping around your house and landscaping killed!!…read more I hired this company yesterday to pressure wash my roof, and specifically asked for him not to use chemicals during the cleaning because we just had new $5000 landscaping put in and are about to list our house for sale. Despite my ask, he used chemicals and our brand new landscaping 24 hours later is dying rapidly. Also, our garage door has fading marks and paint chips all over it despite being freshly painted a couple weeks ago. It's going to cost me more to fix all the things he ruined than it cost me to hire him, so please do yourself a favor and DO NOT HIRE!!! Go find another company that will keep their word. I've had my roof pressure cleaned before and they didn't use chemicals and it looked great...there is absolutely no need to use chemicals.

The price quoted included the roof, sidewalk and walkway up to our house. They even cleaned our front door! We set up a day for them to come out which happened to coincide with a neighbor down the street who was also getting pressure cleaning done by them. All we had to do to prepare was to clear off our patio and porch. They took care of covering any plants near the roof line. We were concerned about a gardenia tree that we tried to cover ourselves but didn't have enough covering so we asked that they make sure that tree was protected. They did a great job with the landscaping... there were no casualties. The roof, sidewalk, walkway and our front door were very clean! Our front door looked like it had a fresh coat of paint! The nice thing is that you don't have to prepay them. We waited until we got home from work to make sure that we were happy with the work that was done. They accept Cash, Check, Zelle, Cash App & Venmo. They also accept Credit Cards but they charge a transaction fee. We will definitely be using them again!

Shannon originally did a full…read morereroof for us back in 2018, so when we recently started having some issues with our home, he was the first person I had in mind--and I'm so glad I called him. Shannon went completely above and beyond to help my family and thoroughly investigate what was going on. He was incredibly thorough, checking the entire roof system and going deep into the attic cavity to carefully track down the source of the issues. He took the time to actually look for the problems rather than just give us a quick answer. He was honest, incredibly compassionate, and immediately secured an emergency weather tarp over our roofline fascia to help stop active water from getting into our garage ceiling. He didn't push a fast sales pitch he took the time to investigate, explain what he found, and give us real, data-driven answers. If you want a roofing expert with true integrity who genuinely goes above and beyond and treats your home like his own, call Shannon at Rockeys Roofing. 10/10 stars!

Let me see, where do I start? I have read the other reviews…read moreand am glad they did a good job on single family homes. However I have a different story, this was a 4 story build. There were multiple issues, A wheel barrel thrown off the roof of the 4 story build. Tar got into the ac condensate line that 3 of the 4 units had to have the walls cut open and the pipe changed out. On the first floor we had to have the foundation of the residents patio dug up to get the condensate line replace under the patio. Rocky said it was not them. They also closed off one of the mansard hatches on the roof. Their office could not get the invoices correct they had the build numbers and invoices missed matched, and after I sent them copies of the invoices they sent us and gave them a copies of the checks we sent to them their office still could not comprehend the invoice was paid, they even threatened going to court, I was ready as I had all my paperwork in order (it never went to court), I even offered to go to the office and help them out. There were a total of 4 buildings that were 4 stories that were contracted with Rocky to re-roof. There were 2 fires that got out of hand from the tar pot and the fire department had to be called. Im glad that the people that hired this company for a single family house we satisfied However I would not recommend this company for anything over a single story. Do your homework.

I did what everyone else would do and got a lot of quotes for the work. A lot of the quotes I received were to just pressure wash and clean my roof. I started to get an idea of how much this was going to cost. When I contacted Affordable Pressure Cleaning, they gave me an estimate based on my home address and what was available in the Broward County public information. It was the best price thus far. Then he gave me an estimate to pressure wash and clear the entirety of the exterior of my house (extras included my patios (front and back), the screen enclosure for my pool, my windows, and the exterior side walls of my house. The price for everything altogether was comparable to the prices everyone else offered for just my roof. Given the 5-star reviews online and the awesome deal proposed, I hired Affordable Pressure Cleaning. They did what they said they were going to do and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company for you for your cleaning needs.
