Excellent experience with Alberto and his company from the beginning. I received several quotes to…read morepressure clean and paint my house and driveway, and Alberto was the best choice by far. The estimate he gave me was fair for everything I wanted done, and less expensive than others. His crew spent 3 days total to do everything I contracted them to do: pressure cleaning of the roof, exterior walls, porch and driveway was done the first day; day 2 was application of primer; and day 3 the entire exterior and driveway was painted. (It probably could have been done faster if the weather had cooperated on day 2, but the day had to be cut short due to non-stop rain in the afternoon.) Everything was done to 5 star, professional standards. Alberto and his crew were very honest on what to expect, how long the job would take, and that they would not leave/move on to another job until this was done. The paint job is perfect, and the crew made sure to clean up after themselves and make everything appear as if they were never here. The crew was also very friendly and only interrupted minimally while I worked from my home office. I would definitely hire All General Painting Service for any future paint or pressure washing needs. Highly recommended.

I found All General Painting Services (GPS) on Yelp and read all the great reviews and decided to…read morerequest an estimate to paint my condominium in Miami. Although I received several lower estimates, I felt that GPS would do a great job. Boy, was I right! They inspected twice and matched another estimate and they started the work. Their crew came on time every day, brought their own paint and equipment, patched holes, cleaned up everything and the paint work was amazingly great! All the walls, doors, trim and baseboard look great! I am so pleased with them. I would highly recommend them for any job small or large. They are top professionals and I would use them again. Now my apartment shows beautifully to prospective buyers. Thank you to Leo, Alberto and staff. Great job! The finished product came out terrific and I give credit to the painters and plasterer, however the person who brought it all together and worked with me from beginning to end was Andrew. His professionalism and integrity was noteworthy and so refreshing I would also add that his price was totally competitive and he gave me more than his competitors.

We have two small kids so the fact they left a very clean work place was very important to us and most importantly the job came out perfect, the patched areas look brand new again!

I also love a family business which I learned this was while talking to Nikolas. He was the first person we met with, so I didn't know what to expect, but he gave the best estimate right off the bat. The best part is that at the end of the job, the estimate didn't change on me. They did a fantastic job on an excellent timeline. They even corrected some really REALLY horrible patch jobs and previous paint jobs. They left my home completely clean. They could not have been more professional, and just plain nice.

I hired Florida Painting and Design do 2 jobs, a complete exterior at one property and a complete…read moreinterior along with a patio roof at another. Things started out great. They seemed to be go getters and they were very responsive. I actually went with them over other higher priced companies, simply because I was impressed with how they presented themselves. Unfortunately though, even though the guys were well qualified painters, our experience turned sour as time went on. After finishing the interior on job site # 1 in a reasonable amount of time, they skipped the patio roof there and started on the exterior at job site # 2. The exterior at job 2 took much longer than expected. To be fair, weather and their company's Covid complications did play a part in the delays. But on the other hand there were also days where there was a 'chance of rain' that turned out to be nothing and no work was done. There were also a few no show days, where no work was done for no particular reason. These lost days totally sucked. As the job site sat inactive, our house was all wrapped up in opaque plastic to protect the windows. We literally couldn't see anything outside. As the days dragged on and on with no progress, this became pretty irritating. Anyway, they finally got some traction and the exterior at job 2 was eventually finished. At that time, the plan was for them to head back over to job 1 and finish the patio roof. I checked in multiple times over the next few days to see what was going on, but they never started. In fact, they missed multiple promised dates for completion and all I got was excuses. After a while I just gave up. Florida Painting and Design abandoned us and the work we agreed on and they didn't appear to care. For a job that cost over $8000 total, to say that I am disappointed in how this came to a close is an understatement. Overall 3 stars. They undoubtedly do quality painting, however I actually wouldn't recommend them because of the unfinished job, missed deadlines, and lack of communication towards the end of our project.
