Experience: I ordered off door dash on a Tuesday night around 8:30pm. Service: the food was hot and fresh. The items were packed well. However they didn't out any condiments or utensils or napkins in the bag. I am just moving in so I needed those items. Food: I ordered the following... Wings with medium buffalo sauce - they were ok. Nothing special. Short on sauce. They also didn't add any ranch or blue cheese. Would not order again. 2/5 Philly cheese steak eggroll- these were fire!!! This is the main reason I am giving them a 3 and not less. This is also the reason I would return to this place. It comes with 3 eggrolls that were crispy and a little chewy too, which I loved. They were packed with meat and came with firecracker sauce on the side. So good!!! 5/5 Broccoli bites - these were hot and fresh, which I appreciate, but I asked for ranch on the side and they sent firecracker sauce. Not a fan of the sauce, so maybe I would have enjoyed these better if they had ranch. 3/5 Kids mini hit dog platter - this was a good serving of fries and mini hot dogs that my kiddo loved. Just wish they would have given us ketchup or mustard or something. 4/5 Carrot cake cheesecake - sooo good!! It is exactly what it sounds like, a lay of cheesecake, and layers of carrot cake. It's was a great combination and a new favorite dessert for me. 5/5 Overall: I really liked a few things and some were a miss. The part that ruined our dinner is being new here and not having a stocked kitchen yet. Then they didn't send condiments or getting the requested ones wrong. This place is great. We have been there a few times and always consistently good food. Solid Philly too. Their cheesesteaks, fantastic. The meat is great, perfect flavor and texture. The bread has to be made there. It is perfect for the cheesesteak. They have options for cheese, but I go with the traditional cheese wiz sauce. Nailed the meat/cheese balance. I keep meaning to try the pizza, but the cheesesteaks are so good. And they are nice size, so the food to price ratio is good. OMG, the onion rings are some of the best we've had. I love them. Next time we try something new! Go here. You won't be disappointed. And the lady up front is friendly and welcoming. Excellent all around. read more

I can take your name and number and talk to management" anyway it's been over 24 hours and I never heard back. They scammed me for $19 and won't even talk to me. Do not eat here. Door dash delivery was fast, but the pizza steak is nothing like any of the ones I've had in Philly. It's basically just steak, sauce and a trace of (I think mozzarella) cheese. Came in a styrofoam container that made it soggy. I've had their cheesesteaks as well and I'm not impressed. read more

Stopped in to get some pizza since we had heard of it and driven by it so many times. We walked in and there were two people in front of us. We almost left because it seemed to be taking forever for the girl to take an order. Twice she left to ask a question or to get another person's order. Then I asked the guy making pizza a question and he also ended up taking our order. Things moved swiftly after that and glad we waited. I hit a 10" white pizza and my husband got the pepperoni. They came out HOT and fresh. They were actually so hot we decided to just take them home and they would be perfect once we hot home. They were!. Both crust were cooked wonderfully, the cheese was all melted and it was fresh. I also ordered the chocolate mouse cheesecake. We didn't eat it until later, but one piece was still too big and it was delicious. We will be back. My suggestion is order ahead. It's definitely worth the wait though. read more

Listen, I'm not sure what you all ordered and why your (now-ex) significant other dumped you yesterday, but these reviews are just ridiculous. Ordering: Don't order on DoorDash because the prices are higher on there; instead, go directly to their website and order through their app (Slice). Straight Outta Philly delivers their food anyway, so there's no point to pay DoorDash an extra $2-$3 per item when they're not even delivering it. Food: This place is absolutely delicious. The egg rolls are absolutely ridiculous, have likely taken YEARS off my lifespan, and my fiancé and I fight over them, every time. I typically order Julian's Favorite [cheese steak] and add pepperoni. Today she ordered a fried Stromboli and I don't even think I need to say anything about that other than: FRIED. STROMBOLI. Pizza is among the best in the Space Coast but I tend to prefer Sarno pizza. When you call: I've had to call when I've had issues with DoorDash (before I figured out that ordering from Slice was cheaper) and they were just the nicest people on the phone. Just had their Philly and the spicy Philly. Food tasted ok but we lost our appetites and had to throw it all out when my husband was chewing his food and felt something off. When he spit it out, it was a fingernail. Was told that it could be meat gristle but I felt it with my own fingers and it's not, it's a finger nail. Went there Saturday to try out their Phillychanga. And it didn't disappoint. To start place is easy to find in the plaza, first thought was place seemed kinda small, but than again I am sure they do mostly take out, so it's not that big of a deal. Steady foot traffic through the door. When I ordered I didn't have to wait a ton it arrived hot and ready. Looked yummy. Steak was fully seasoned. And they presented it nicely. Lettuce on the side so it would stay nice and crispy and cold. Genius idea! I hate soggy warm lettuce when I eat it with something warm. My only complaints: cheese put some form of cheese inside the phillychanga some with onions and peppers. Only think I would ask differently. Otherwise will be back to try more food. read more

Probably the worst management experience I have ever had at a restaurant. They 100% indisputably make a mistake, and refuse to do anything about it. Was told "that's tough luck for you" by someone claiming to be a manager. Thankfully Visa doesn't take their crap (double meaning can be applied to their food) lying down and gave me a chargeback even though they tried to dispute it. I've ordered here 3 times and 2/3 had back experiences and will not go back. First time I ordered a cheese pizza and picked it up. The pizza was pretty good and I though "great! I found a good pizza spot in Florida". Well, the next time I ordered delivery off GrubHub and the pizza that arrived was a personal pizza size. It does not specify this on the app and for what I was paying I expected a standard pizza. The third and last time we ordered we got three cheesesteaks delivered. Well, only two cheesesteaks actually arrived. When I called them they said "oh we are sorry we will refund you". I told them no, there are three people here and they needed to delivery what I ordered. They agreed to do so at that point. I then called back because I realized they also forgot the tiramisu I had ordered and they said "so here is the thing, we are out of that". How in the world do you simply not include that in the order and still charge for it while not letting your customer know your out? This was the last straw for me and we have not been back since. read more

Giving this place a generous one star because I could not give it less. I should have taken a picture before throwing the pizza in the garbage disposal. I ordered a 10 inch pepperoni online and I picked it up within 20 minutes of placing my order. When I got home the pizza looked a little over done but, I continued to get plates out to serve to the family. The pizza crust was so charred and overcooked it was black. The additional "service" charge of almost $2 on my pickup order of $38 was the first strike. I wish businesses would stop doing this to their patrons. It's sneaky and ruins the experience and the chance at return customers. The second one was that it was $42 total ( I added in a $4 tip for my pickup order) for a small, 2-topping pizza and an order of wings. I will never spend another dollar at this establishment after how I was treated. I had ordered after multiple times of ordering and consistently screwing up my order I'm done. I called and spoke to one of the employees and let them know my order was wrong. The woman who I spoke to said since I had ordered through DoorDash that they couldn't deliver me a new sandwich but that they would make it right and I could come by at a date of my choosing to pick up my correct sandwich. I had ordered on a Sunday and told her I would be by on Tuesday and she would put a note on their board about me coming to pick up a correct sandwich. I went out of my way to go to the establishment on Tuesday to pick up my sandwich only to be told by who I presume was the owner (crazy one eye) that whoever told me that they would give me a new sandwich wasn't authorized to do it. That there screw up wasn't bad enough to warrant a corrected sandwich on them. I couldn't believe it. Congratulations. You just lost a customer for life because you couldn't make good on your word. So I decided to try this place out. I ordered a chicken gyro with fries and a chicken philly cheesesteak. The fries are NOT FRESH! They're hard so if you value your teeth don't eat them. The chicken on both the gyro and philly steak was extremely dry. You'll get a better chicken Philly from Charlie's and you'll get a better gyro from Arby's, like 100 times better. Upgrading or any attempt to swap out regular fries for sweet potato fries will be denied. I tried and the old lady who looks like she smokes a carton of cigarettes an hour said no. The chicken tasted like it was seasoned in a 50 gal drum of pepper and then thrown on the sandwich. Overall both sandwiches were trash. Philly would disown that place in a heartbeat. I paid 23.36 for 2 sandwiches and one order of hard refried no salt added fries. Very disappointed. I ate the sandwich but couldn't stomach the fries. read more

I just ate a cheesesteak from the one in Palm Bay and I will never go back. The taste was okay but where was the cheese & onions I asked for? Furthermore because I only asked for the cheesesteak instead of saying "special" cheesesteak I didn't get the fries according to their sign out front! Was excited to hear that this one was closer to me. I decided to give it a shot. Overall I think it was just average. It was good, but. It great. With another "cheesesteak" around the corner, I would think they would want to blow them out of the water. I understand wanting to promote local over chain, but with things getting tighter and tighter, the chain may be more bang for your buck. I ordered the foot long mushroom lovers with cheese whiz and onions. The goods. The bread. Super soft. I ordered the foot long. It was soft and chewy all the way down. It even had a fresh flavor to it. I would honestly eat it by itself. The temperature. I know that sounds dumb. But have you ever gotten a "hot" sandwich and it was just... not hot?? Felt like it literally came from the flat top and right into the bread and into my hands. Service- Was average. Walked in and was immediately greeted and asked what I wanted. Nothing special. But sometimes that's what's nice. Straight and to the point. They did tell me about 15 minutes. Well it was closer to the 20+. I'm not gonna knock them on that though. It was dinner time on a Friday night. Ambiance- now I didn't eat inside but before I ordered, I did look around. Seemed like a little comfortable place to eat. They do have glass in front of the cooks making the oven items. It's nice to watch your food being made. Especially if you've never done this line of work. Now, I'm that note. They do have a paper stating "do not lean on glass, please be seated and wait" not sure why you wouldn't want people to enjoy seeing their craft at hand but seemed like it was to deter people from watching. Kinda odd. You knew people would want to watch since it is... you know glass. Maybe smoke out the glass if you don't want people watching. The not so good. Mushrooms. I ordered the mushroom lovers. It does cost extra. With those two things you would think that they would jump out and punch your taste buds. No, not even close. I actually had to open it and check for them. They chop them very small and cook them down pretty good, almost to nothing. Really couldn't taste the "mushrooms" on my "mushroom lover" Philly. Seems odd. I think chunky, less cooked would have been the effect for this Philly. But that's just my opinion. Meat. I'm know this may be different everywhere you get a Philly. But again just my opinion. The meat is chopped to death. Maybe I'm use to having smaller pieces of meat. It had no texture to it. And with the cooked down mushrooms, the sandwich had no mouth feel to it. It all felt the same. It also seemed like it could have used a little extra salt and pepper (if they use it). None of the flavors really jumped out to me. Overall not bad. But not great. At almost $15 I just expected a little more. Also with that price point it seemed a little light. I ate it and still feel hungry. Just didn't really suppress my appetite. Was it the best?
