Excellent, prompt service. A friend's house was without heat due to a boiler breaking. They had…read morepurchased a used boiler to put in but didn't have the expertise. Another HVAC company quoted them an exorbitant price for a new boiler and wouldn't even consider the boiler they had. I called K & K and they came out the next day, inspected the existing piping and evaluated the setup. The following day they returned with the needed materials, installed the used boiler and had the whole system back up and running by afternoon. And their quote was quite reasonable. I highly recommend K & K for their professionalism and their quick response to the situation.

He was so lost that he had to "you tube" how to get access to problem area. Finally he said he would order the damaged part, after two weeks of no response, I called them. They never got back to me. DTE called them, they never got back to them. This went on for a total of 8 calls with no call back on status. Finally, I had to get DTE to authorize another company to come out and repair my refrigerator. They found and fixed the problem. Hometown totally misdiagnosed the issue. You get what you pay for it was expensive, but at what cost if pipes froze, it's all about service I felt it was fair.
