Kathy got right back to me and worked with me on creating my menu and was able to give me a price quote within a few days. They delivered the food right to my door at the exact time agreed upon. The food was AMAZING. I asked everyone to let me know what their favorite dishes were but they were all so delicious it was hard to narrow it down to just one or two. Our main entrees were the lemon dill salmon, the chicken with creamy mushroom sauce and the smoked tri tip. Everyone raved about the sauce on the chicken. I also included side dishes along with the Butternut Squash Soup. The soup was sooooo good. I would order all of the items again. I can't wait to have another dinner party and use Sabores Catering again. I was able to relax and enjoy my guests, not spend the entire time in the kitchen. Kids and adults alike really enjoyed the churros too! They boxed up all leftovers after the event, so we ate tacos for leftovers and froze a bunch too for later.
