She brought it back, they didn't fix it, and told her to pay for it. There was $6000 owing on it. They were willing to get her into another car, and add this "debt" to the new car total. (new car also also known for transmission issues) They stopped taking payments from her account, then put a $16000 debt against my wife's credit rating for co signing on a lemon car that they stopped talking payment for. They even got their car back, and there was only 6 grand owed when they stopped taking the payments. Majority of the cars on their lot are problematic lemons due to issues like cvt transmission, and other stuff that should be recalled. So beware, dont buy a lemon from them. The only thing they have that's good is a legal team. Get bent, ezee credit. They spell it ezee because it's not easy. They contacted us about my previous review and threatened legal action, so I took my review down, as there was nothing against my wife's credit rating at the time. There is now, so my review stands. They will not fix your credit, they are predators. Beware!

And then blame you about not doing something like I might have messed up but the thing is is you report my car based on the old car not the new one. Honestly I'd rather go to Finch and honestly I'm not a big fan of Finch.

I've been dealing with this location for a few years now and this location is in the hub of…read moredowntown London. So it's busy with all clientele from all walks of life, most of them businesses from around the area and the people who hang around the Dundas and Richmond street area. It's easy to walk to, there is street parking, but it fills up fast, so your best bet is to either find parking and walk, take the bus or just walk there. I recently came in to apply for a mortgage with my boyfriend, and the representative who we were dealing with was quite new, so he had to ask for a lot of help, which is fine, I'd rather he ask for the help. We went a couple of times, and we were able to get a good 5 year fixed rate on a mortgage, they do match their rates with competitors. The tellers when you go to make a transaction are super friendly and nice. Very helpful and converse with you. They give you good advice, but they are in sales, so they do try and sell you on some things as well, so just be weary, it's part of their job. This location also has security guards posted inside and near the atms as well, because being a downtown location, they definitely need it. This was a great location to walk to and was close to work and a lot of downtown shops if you need to take a bit of cash out, talk to a financial adviser. They're hours are posted on the doors and they're not open on Sundays. The ATM is accessible from Dundas street and the best times to go are early in the morning and throughout the day, I wouldn't go at night.

I switched from TD to Royal Bank and I must say to save $2.00 a month on service charges. Royal…read moreBank has been a pain the ass ever since. TD Waterhouse is a much more robust and detailed design. Royal Bank is not living up to being part of the 5 major banks. How does the trading platform go down all the time during trading hours.
