Bad business practice for those of us who are active duty/veterans with limited time on moving our items or eating the cost of the price increase. Transparency is needed.

They have 10' high walls all around, security cameras and after hours security sensors. He and his wife are independent owners, which means they CARE about whether or not their customers are satisfied because it directly effects their bottom line. Let me tell you, this guy is a straight shooter. Answered all my questions without hesitation and not once made me feel pressured. Super happy to find this place! They went into my storage a few months before that after the payment was late by a few weeks claiming to be doing inventory. You have to be well over 3 months past due to be ready for auction. When they opened it up to show me after they went in, I noticed my TVs and compressor and tools missing. I was assured that things just got moved around. The lady even told me how nice my stuff was and that I had very nice things. 2 months later my storage no longer exists when I went to pay the bill that month. I have all of the receipts. After charging me for three months and then stealing my storage, they had the nerve to send me another bill for 3 more months of storage as of my storage was still there! They have had 3 owners in less than 12 months. Don't trust these people with your stuff. The high turnover of owners says a lot about the business. Do your research. I wish I would have.

They prices they advertise online are not the actual prices. They hide the fact that they mandate using their insurance provider. I don't store valuables in my tiny locker so I don't want insurance, yet I am forced to pay for coverage. They raised my rent twice in the last six months. The property is old and outdated, grimy, no climate control, poor lighting, poor security, and zero improvements since I've rented there. Yet somehow my rent increased twice in six months? Homeless are a real issue. There is a homeless camp across the street and many and of them rent lockers inside Stuff N Storage. So don't be surprised when you witness drug use, hang outs, and sleeping while you try and access your locker. I usually like to patron smaller establishments over large corporations, but Stuff N Storage is doing nothing to earn/keep your business or set themselves apart. They are NOT cheaper, cleaner, safer, newer, or nicer than other storage facilities. Canceled my rental and found a better deal elsewhere. Bye Stuff N Storage.

Well, I know the police wouldn't care so I contacted the ATF, and they will investigate after I check out on the 30th. Someone who works there or a person that rents a unit has a master key OR can pic the locks they sell.
