I have been storing my belongings on 2 occasions - well 3, as I still have some things there in storage at Stormart Self Storage in Mansfield. I had to suddenly up and move, with removalists waiting on a previous destination, when I ended up storing my things just down the road - until I could find new premises - in their Alderley Stormart. I then suffered severe flooding last year and I stored my belongings in Mansfield at Stormart as I knew I could trust them and how secure it was. They gave me quotes and the staff were most helpful and courteous and understanding, of my needs and really gave me the best way to address them during that difficult transition. They are always prompt to get back to me with any queries I may have and are very informative. The facilities are clean, new and have air-conditioned lifts - most welcome in that hot summer move. It is well set out and easy to access, as well as, providing merchandise for moving and storing needs, like the boxes and locks that are available. They have online merchandise too I learned! :) I moved my things out into a tiny place - but some of my other gear I still store with them. Have used Stormart Mansfield for 7 months now and it's the perfect facility! 24/7 easy secure access. VERY clean facility, including the sheds, driveways, office and even the toilet (which being open 24/7 is great especially when I'm normally at my shed . Staff are super friendly, helpful, and very attentitive - there was a minor issue with the lights and door one night and I spoke to one of the guys in the office the next day and he happily fixed it that day. Great rates, was actually the lowest storage shed rates for any facility that I found in South Brisbane! I also got a great promo deal when I signed up which included 2 free months of storage and a starters packaging pack which included some boxes, tape etc. that was super helpful! They have a wide variety of payment options and have also introduced a direct debit option now which is fantastic. The caged trailer (8x10ft I think?) that they have for free hire (yes free) is also an awesome added bonus. I have used Stormart Mansfield on various occasions since 2016 (and continuously for the last six months), and I am extremely pleased with the clean units, friendly staff and professional service. The facility is also very secure, well looked after, with easy access and even a complementary trailer to your disposal to help with whatever you are moving! I can highly recommend Stormart Mansfield as the storage unit of choice, with the pricing being very reasonable as well. Although there are several self storage units very close to where I live (Victoria Point), none of them can compare to Stormart Mansfield in terms of price and service!). State of the art storage! Clean, dry, safe with easy access. We've been storing with Stormart at Mansfield for most of last 8 years and haven't seen a cockroach yet! Impressed with security, 24 hour access for tenants, (lifts are spacious and easy to use, with trolleys provided), and excellent customer service (ask for Marina). I thought the prices were a bit steep till I checked what else was available and heard about friends paying just as much if not more for damp/mould prone, sloping units with difficutl access in other storage places, so decided to stay. My friends moved to Stormart as well and managed to get the new tenants deal. Not sure if it's still going but a great bargain if it is. read more
