There are so many storage facilities in and around Brisbane, particularly close to our area of Hamilton. I sent email enquiries to all storage facilities close to Hamilton. (It's much quicker to email a whole heap of facilities and then narrow it down based on if you get an email response). Hendra Stormart were quick to reply to my email and were very helpful with the decision in choosing a storage area. (It can be difficult to work out exactly how much storage you require but Hendra Stormart were very good in this respect). Hendra Stormart were also very competitive in price. They were very helpful in setting up the account (all done via e-mail) and when I did start using the facility they were very helpful in showing me how to access the facility. It has been a very pleasant experience utilizing Hendra Stormart over the past six months as they have made it so easy to access the facility at all hours and store and remove goods as required. The premises are always neat and tidy and there have been no issues during extremely inclement weather over that period. Security appears excellent and I have found evidence that they actually person monitor as well, ensuring that no anomalies are occurring. Also, they are very accommodating of longer term rentals giving exceptional value for money. Dave and all the staff are friendly and willing to help. For me I had requirements of time constraints at other changing of rooms I required to be on the ground floor and so fourth. The team will price beat or match any one else. the facility is clean, well maintained and secure. the prices are realistic and you can rent a cupboard to a whole multi car garage. We are really happy with Stormart, from the staff at the front desk who are friendly and organised, to the actually storage unit. On entering the complex front gate and punching in the code, it is all synchronised to open the gate and your paricular storage area. The elevator is easy to use and all very clean. Storemart Hendra is a great secure storage facility with 24/7 access. The storage lockers are all as new with plenty of wide aisle space for access. I've been storing stock for my business at Storemart Hendra for 6 months or so and I've always found the place very clean.
