To keep it as brief as possible here READ THE FINE PRINT. They hide behind sub clauses. It first started when they doubled my site clear quote once the contract was signed and my house was sold. The quote was12k plus $4k dumping to $25k plus up to $9k dumping. Apparently there was a rise in costs. But you would think that if I was an existing contract they would honor their quote (and words to get me to sell through them) but they didn't. They ordered me to remove 19 meters of my boundary fence 10 days before handover (when it wasn't in the scope of works, when I asked them a month before and they said I didn't have to do it - when they had 5 months to tell me so I could seek permission from my neighbours) They basically blackmailed me by saying if I didn't do it they would take me off the schedule which would have resulted in $950 in penalties per week until the "matter was resolved". This resulted in me now being responsible for all costs involved in replacing the boundary fence which has exceeded $9k They sold my home to the first person who saw it for $89k - I received $15k which was to be put towards clearing the remaining debris. They are completely dishonourable and they flat out lie. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING - DO NOT MAKE DEALS WITH THEM OVER THE PHONE FOR ANY ASPECT OF YOUR DEMO. The demo "crew" themselves are unprofessional, leaving the house unsecured and using a decommissioned toilet then lying about it. Disgusting. Honestly the list goes on and on - as I said I have written a chronological detailed document explaining my experience with this awful company. I will try to put the full review on as many places as possible and those who want to know more can search for it. It is a shame I can't do it her. I WISH SOMEONE WARNED ME! It would have been cheaper to simply knock the house down and dump - plus it would have saved me so much stress. They do not care about you - worst experience ever- steer clear!

It's not exciting and as I was shown the various size sheds in the Milton complex I did start wondering if people rented these out and lived in them, or if there'd be some kind of Block or Renovation Rescue challenge where contestants have to turn them into well designed abodes. I also thought to myself should the zombie apocalypse indeed happen, I'd probably shack up here. Alas, I just wanted a safe, reliable and ample sized storage solution for a bunch of merch and paraphernalia. Kennards Storage in Milton was not only easily accessible and local to me, but the staff were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and made the decision all too easy. With 24/7 access I'm not limited to any time schedule for when I need to pick up or drop off goods and I'm impressed that I can have parcels delivered directly to them.

After the last two years of rain, there was heaps of mould and lichen on our colourbond roofing. Not only did he clean it thoroughly but he also applied a safe chemical mould suppression liquid to prevent the mould returning too quickly. This clean was very important to me and to have it cancelled (too late now to book anyone else) , for simply checking on the payment method was beyond unbelievable and disappointing. I have no idea how a business is run this way. It would seem Dave would only do this job for cash(which I was happy to do) as he wanted to evade paying tax as according to him charging an exorbitant $320 (double what anyone else has EVER charged me) for a 4 bedroom house clean was too small a job to do the ethical thing and put it through his books. I agreed to pay this insane amount since I believed that this company would actually show up for the booking. I was willing to pay double for that reliability. Unfortunately I've been made the fool. If a company cancels bookings at will because a client asks for a simple confirmation of payment preference, I have to wonder if you can ever have peace of mind that they'll show up to the booking you made not matter how far in advance.

I like that BBC just told me how much the cleaning would cost and than did the job at the price. The cleaners were prompt, polite, fast, and extremely thorough. My townhouse ended up sparkling, with every last little piece scrubbed and polished to a shine. If I need this service again in Brisbane, I know who I'll use.
