The team leader Cherie is not fit for her position, she belittled me and is on a power trip. She WRONGFULLY fired me as an employee just because she felt like it then didn't pay me for the ecstatic work i did then called my client harassing them 3 times trying to manipulate them to say i didn't attend my clean when i did. luckily my lovely client let me know what was going on so i ca make this review to warn the community. Another thing, they claim to be a "tight family community" which is a lie because i have never met anyone in this company at all and i worked there for 3 months. This is a dodgy company. Cancellations are more common than kept appointments in my experience. My advice is to steer well clear of this company or you'll spend more time trying to reschedule appointments and get the money back from their reschedules than the time you'd save when they actually show up

Never have i experienced such a terrible company. 5 hours…read morelate, asked for extra money to clean walls which i obliged, they didn't even end up doing half of it. Refused to come and clean it before the real estate inspected it, only after (no doubt so they could do the bare minimum so i could pass my inspection) After the final inspection i gave them an itemized list of what to do, they made an appointment for the following day to ammend it. Didn't even show up. I asked for a partial refund and they refused to give back even a quarter of what i paid and i'm still waiting on them to send me a receipt for the tiny amount they refunded after asking multiple times. No receipt no money yet. I would rate 0 if i could i don't think my experience could've been worse. I'm going to be out almost $800 between paying them and the costs to pay someone else to redo their terrible job.
