The team leader Cherie is not fit for her position, she belittled me and is on a power trip. She WRONGFULLY fired me as an employee just because she felt like it then didn't pay me for the ecstatic work i did then called my client harassing them 3 times trying to manipulate them to say i didn't attend my clean when i did. luckily my lovely client let me know what was going on so i ca make this review to warn the community. Another thing, they claim to be a "tight family community" which is a lie because i have never met anyone in this company at all and i worked there for 3 months. This is a dodgy company. Tahlia and Chloe in the office as well as the actual cleaners were excellent to deal with but that's where the good news ends. On top of the above pricing it was an additional $50 for a simple balcony clean and we were quoted an extra $75 for 3 sets of blinds (took my partner and I 5 minutes to do). When requesting the quote we were never asked if we lived up a set of stairs or not so when the carpet cleaner arrived we were charged an extra $30 for the machine to be carried up the stairs. We had spot-cleaning of walls included in the bond cleaning and the walls were not even cleaned (the cleaners had to come back). The steam cleaning of the carpets failed to remove any stains and we were quoted an additional $130 for them to come back and try to remove the stains - they could not guarantee the process would even work. All of the above negative points were sneakily placed in an obscure list of T&C's so if you do consider this company MAKE SURE YOU READ EVERYTHING. In total, we paid $560 for a 2 bedroom apartment to be cleaned but in the end we still had to do cleaning ourselves otherwise the total price would have been at least $765 which is utterly ridiculous for 100square meters of apartment. To top everything off we had to meet the cleaners at 5am in the middle of winter to hand over the keys. I strongly suggest to do your research and read everything before booking, make sure that what you have paid for is covered under the "return guarantee" - better yet, just use a different company.

Brendan invoiced me for $700 via email on 14th May, the invoice states it's to be paid within 7 days. On the 19th of May (5 days later) I got a harassing email saying he will be involving lawyers and I will need to pay his legal fees. I paid immediately, and I did communicate to Brendan that his invoice says 7 days for payment (no response). Brendan said he called and emailed me several times, however I did not receive one call or email - funny that. I wouldn't recommend his services. Yes, the carpet cleaning was good however, no one deserves to be harassed for payment within their legal time frame to pay.

I like that BBC just told me how much the cleaning would cost and than did the job at the price. The cleaners were prompt, polite, fast, and extremely thorough. My townhouse ended up sparkling, with every last little piece scrubbed and polished to a shine. If I need this service again in Brisbane, I know who I'll use.
