A friend had their tv damaged pre packiage and they were charge for damaged goods. They sent their TV from Brisbane to Melbourne using Pack and Send South Brisbane. The owner seemed quite genuine. When he arrived , to receive the TV we offered help but he refused saying he knew what he was doing. The TV arrived...destroyed. A big chunk was missing. The chunk wasn't in the box. Why? Because the he TV was dropped before packing it! This morally corrupt business, cowardly decided rather to phone us to tell us they dropped the TV to pack it and charge us $300 for the privilege. I visited them yesterday and they played dumb. What human coward piece of rubbish would break a TV and then charge to transport. And then make out to be our fault. I really don't care about the money. I just don't want to see other more vulnerable people treated like this. Peter and Rosie of the south Brisbane Pack and Send office a message. This is unacceptable! read more

Peter gave us amazing service, He picked up a very large item for me, sorted out the COD on pickup and went to extra lengths when packing it to make it smaller and get the price of the package delivery service down. Friendly, well priced, trustworthy and it's very refreshing to not have to deal with someone that is intelligent and has initiative. Which doesn't happen when dealing with the top 4 courier companies. read more

My eBay seller took my item to Pack and Send South Brisbane 4 weeks ago. They have been very difficult to deal with, too many incidents to list. Long and short, I'm still waiting for the arrival of my parcel. Their prices are much higher than average, and I would expect better than average service. read more

We used these guys for sea freight, They were really friendly and helpful. They gave us two options we chose the least expensive way to go. We had great help with completing the paperwork. The even picked our gear up on a Saturday. We got them to pack our more fragile things, at a cost of course, but worth it for peace of mind. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. It's just great to work with down to earth people. Thanks to the team at Pack & Send South Brisbane. read more
