I am not basing this review off of their work and quite frankly, 1 star is more than they should…read moreget. I called for a quote for some trees on my churches property and spoke to a gentleman who said he would be out in the next couple days. I did not need to be present as I had the trees marked. He told me he would call me afterwards. About 3 days later I called back and he did not answer and his mailbox was full. I have called several times with the same results. It has now been 3 weeks and still nothing from him. Last week I spoke to a neighbor and he asked what the final price was. I said, "what?". He went on to tell me that a person came out to quote and he happened to speak to them about one of the trees because it was close to his house. He told him that he was going to quote $2500 for the one tree. That was $1400 more than a previous quote from another tree company. My neighbor knew this and told him that that was way more than a previous quote. And his reply with an attitude according to the neighbor was "anything less ain't worth my time". Then the individual got in to his vehicle and decided to drive through the church property to the other trees. Now let me say that the other trees were only about 150' away and where he intended to drive was not a parking lot but a yard. There are also railroad cross ties in place so anyone with common sense would know not to go any further. This was a day after some torrential rain and guess what, he drove in and got stuck. Ended up having to get someone to come pull him out and in the process tore up the church property. Now I am a little upset about the church property and the decent thing to do would be for them to come fix it but for a company that won't call and give a quote, won't fess up to the damaged yard, or clean out their mailbox for good business practice, why would I expect anything more. I do not, can not, and will not recommend this company and if you're reading this I do recommend you pick another company.
