This is February. As the light was not on in the shower it took a couple of minutes to adjust temperature. Still no heat on the couch. Was told it should be warm as it was on all day. I was offered another blanket as asked if I wanted the heat switched on. After another few minutes I honestly just wanted to leave. This was more like an endurance test.
